Through great determination, a Genshin Impact player has used the character Amber to hit Adventure Rank 50 (AR 50) in a terrifying flex. Genshin Impact's Amber is considered one of the weakest fighters in the game, and as the character doesn't normally unleash a lot of damage, it takes a large amount of time and effort to make her anything close to a big threat. The accomplishment of making a powerful Amber is a remarkable one, however, one could be a bit alarmed about how long such an achievement might take.

As one of the first additional party members players are introduced to when beginning their Teyvat adventure, Amber is widely accepted as one of Genshin Impact's weakest characters. Amber is a Pyro user, which gives her a host of fire-centric abilities that might seem impressive to new players, but Amber is quickly bested by other Pyro characters like the fan-favorite Klee. As such, Amber is usually abandoned as a party member long before fans reach Genshin Impact's Adventure Rank 50.

As shared on Reddit, Genshin Impact player SortaDecent used Amber to reach AR 50 with the character at Level 90.  The player's achievement has received plenty of congratulatory comments from fellow Reddit members, along with some shock and awe. For a player to reach such a high level, they may have to spend a year or more building Amber, demonstrating a real commitment to the feat. It's also notable that, while users can spend money on building their characters, SortaDecent went the F2P (free-to-play) route with their Amber.

SortaDecent has a roster of 14 characters, with none of them leveled up beyond Level 2 save for Amber at Level 90. A huge part of the player's success is credited to giving Amber a specialized Genshin Impact weapon and artifact build over a regular build, which helped to increase her damage. Despite concerns about the suspected length of time it would have taken to reach AR 50 using Amber, with over 11,000 upvotes, the Genshin Impact community is seemingly very impressed by the player's astonishing triumph.

miHoYo's anime-style open-world RPG has added a number of new characters since it launched in 2020, each offering their own style, flair, and animations for players to create their perfect team of fighters. Fans are soon set to master a new set of skills with the upcoming arrival of two new characters, Shenhe and Yun Jin, who are finally ready to debut in the game after being found in a datamine last year. The recently-revealed new heroes will arrive with the Genshin Impact 2.4 update, believed to be coming in early 2022.
