Before players are able to put their hands on their rewards, however, they need to redeem the promo codes until May 14, at 12 am ET. There are two ways of doing this: one of them requires players to be logged into the game, while the other one can be done through an internet browser. If players have the game open, they should make their way into the Settings page through the main menu and, from there, head over to the Account section. There they will find the Redemption Code function, in which they can type in the Genshin Impact 3.7 livestream codes and click on the redeem button.

If players do not have the game open, they can still redeem the codes and ensure they will not forget to get their bonuses. The first step is accessing the official Genshin Impact website.
