The final moments show that Mariana wasn't actually killed by Ed on a park bench, as she opens her eyes after being approached by her late husband's mistress, Floriana (Arta Dobroshi). Since Floriana may have access to a fortune that Finn stole from investors, she could presumably fund the Wallace family moving forward. Elliot also has access to Finn's SIM card, which contains information on several corrupt investors. Gangs of London season 2 will likely show Elliot working both sides once again, with the stakes being much larger.
