Although winter has already come to many, it won’t be quite as dreary this year now that a few new Game of Thrones collectibles have arrived, courtesy of toy maker McFarlane Toys. McFarlane is responsible for some of movie and TV fans' favorite memorabilia, including a plentiful amount of Harry Potter figurines as well as some Mortal Kombat action figures.

Though the series has ended, it’s never a bad time to be a Game of Thrones fan, especially since the release of this collection coincides with the DVD release of the Game of Throne's final season. The DVD set, which hit stores on December 3, features The Last Watch documentary on the making of season 8 (previously available to HBO subscribers) as well as audio commentary, making-of videos, and some deleted scenes. The DVD set can be purchased for around $35 at most major retailers.

Rhaegal, Daenerys’ dragon who was named after her oldest brother, a.k.a Jon Snow’s father, is the newest addition to MacFarlane’s collection. The figure has an 8-inch wingspan, is moveable with 10 points of articulation, and also comes in deluxe packaging with a base and flight. Fans of the show know Rhaegal as Daenerys’ green-scaled companion and the dragon that Jon Snow rode into the Battle of Winterfell. Also included is a Viserion collectible which features movable wings and legs, so collectors can modify its position to mirror some of the show’s scenes. The dragon comes in deluxe packaging and features an additional fire piece as a bonus. The figure showcases Viserion in his final form, right before he meets the Night King and his subsequent death in Game of Thrones Season 7. For many fans, it is hard to forget the startling moment when Viserion arose from the dead as an ice dragon.

Arya at The House of Black and White Game of Thrones Season 5

This line of collectibles also just released an action figure of the small but mighty Arya Stark, in the garb she was wearing after the battle at King’s Landing. The figure comes in at 6 inches and is adorned with Arya’s battle weapons which include her infamous dagger and "Needle" sword, one which she carried with her throughout all seasons of Game of Thrones

The Viserion collectible is available for $24.99 at Walmart, Target, Amazon, and some specialty retailers in the US, whereas Rhaegal is only available to purchase at Target. The Arya Stark figure, meanwhile, is available at Walgreens for $19.99. For those in search of more Game of Thrones collectibles, the McFarlane collection also has depictions of Daenerys and her largest dragon Drogon, as well as the Night King and Jon Snow, available to purchase.
