For more than forty years, the world of Star Wars has known of one man, a bounty hunter who's been through it all. They've survived one hit and job after another, dragged themselves out of a Sarlac pit, and now sits on a throne in Jabba The Hutt's palace. The question remains, however: Would the infamous bounty hunter Boba Fett, a name full of some interesting factoids, survive the sidesplitting effects of memes?

For one, Maul, Boba, and Phasma (who's outfit is ridiculously incredibly impractical) were all intriguing villains that were somewhat wasted. Often times, in real life, someone will tell a joke, and everyone will sort of shrug their shoulders and move on. Then someone else will tell the same joke with a little more flavor or nuance to it and everyone will hail them as being the first.
Granted, Boba Fett did come before Jango in terms of movies released but K_Souky doesn't let that discredit the fact that Boba is basically just a slightly cooler version of Jango who gets more attention. Even though Jango had more screentime.

Boba Fett returned in some of the second season's best episodes and with that return came the fan's love, something the Boba Fett Fan Club understands. Utilizing the tired yet true method of distracted boyfriend, they create a perfect representation of the fans following the most recent season finale.

Probably one of the best things to come out of the Mandalorian's second season was bringing back Boba Fett. As mentioned before, fans had been wondering for years if the bounty hunter would make a triumphant return to the galaxy far, far away and he returned with a bang.
Chad-Bane captures the fan's love and joy for Boba returning perfectly in one little meme that shows the badass Boba making his comeback as everyone expected. That accompanied with news of him getting a spinoff has left the Boba fans overjoyed.

Since the first meeting, fans have recognized Boba Fett's armor on sight for its battle-worn and beat up look. Even though it may not look the best, the suit has always stood the test of time and looked badass just like the Fett.
That being said, when the suit was cleaned up in The Mandalorian, fans were complaining. It, like with the gas cans that ssjallen points out, just took a minute to adjust to the new paint job and find the difference between two cool-looking suits of armor.

While a gender-swapped Boba Fett is an interesting idea, prequel actor Temuera Morrison returned to carry on the legacy he began when he played Boba's clone father, Jango Fett, in Attack of the Clones and, ultimately, it works better as a meme by Bongo46290 than an out-there rumor.

Without a doubt, bringing Boba back into Star Wars was a smart idea on the studio's part. Yet, can't help but feel that there were other characters who could've come back before Boba, specifically Obi-Wan Kenobi, one of the fan's favorite Jedi and overall characters.
Even though a Kenobi miniseries is on the way, with fans already speculating who should appear beside the titular character, many, like Whiskylover321 wished it had come first. As it stands, a Boba Fett miniseries(which will hopefully be great) will be coming before Kenobi, making many fans wonder why Disney thinks Boba is the best play rather than Obi-Wan.
