Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen got their start playing the youngest member of the Tanner household in the sitcom Full House: Michelle. Alongside and after Full House, the sisters went on to star in one feature film after another, playing fictionalized iterations of themselves who get caught up in all kinds of trouble. With a couple dozen films under their belts, these girls literally grew up in front of the camera.
Identical twins, Mary-Kate and Ashley spent much of the '90s known as America's sweethearts, launching their own multimedia franchise that spans movies, books, and clothing lines. They even established their own production company, Dualstar, making them among the wealthiest women in the entertainment industry.
