Here are the five worst things Monica did to Rachel, and the five worst things that Rachel did to Monica. You can decide who deserves the worst friend award.

When Monica Becomes Close With Julie (Season 2, Episode 2)

Ross and Julie arrive at New York from China in Friends

Sure, we know that Monica also has an obligation to Ross. However, Monica is Rachel's bestie, and Monica knew that Rachel was absolutely devastated over Ross and Julie's relationship. It's even harder when it's difficult to dislike the woman, too, right?

Well, Monica found it exceptionally hard, and this didn't sit well with Rachel. We felt bad for Rachel, since she felt like she was losing her bestie to the woman who stole her man. It's a tough situation, but this still wasn't one of Monica's best moments.

When Rachel Swoops in on the Actor (Season 2, Episode 13)

When Monica and Rachel find themselves on a movie lot, there's a super cute famous actor. Monica wants Rachel to help her, and insists that Rachel go and talk to him for her. Rachel, since she's a good friend, agrees.

However, when Rachel approaches the dreamy Jean-Claude Van Damme, he hits on her, and Rachel lets it all happen. She must have forgotten that she was supposed to be playing wing-woman, because instead, she agrees to go on a date with the man. Not cool, Rachel.

When Monica Can't Stand Living with Ross (Season 2, Episode 17)

Courteney Cox as Monica and David Schwimmer as Ross in Friends

When Ross and Rachel are dating, and Rachel and Monica are living together, it goes without saying that Ross ends up spending a lot of time at their apartment. This drives Monica absolutely nuts, and it creates tension between her and Rachel, as well as her and Ross.

Yeah, living with your brother again would blow, but she could at least try and be more supportive of her bestie's new relationship, right?

When Rachel Refuses to Move Out (Season 6, Episode 6)

We all know that this episode resolves into a heartfelt discussion about how these two ladies love each other dearly. However, it's definitely a rocky road to get there. When Chandler and Monica want to move in together, Rachel is supposed to move out. However, on moving day, she just absolutely refuses to pack her belongings, and then she refuses to move.

We know how strung out Monica can get, and this definitely pushed her over the edge. Monica is just trying to move on with her boo, Rachel, now it's your turn to be supportive.

When Monica Agrees that Rachel & Ross Were On a Break (Season 3, Episode 17)

In the episode after Ross and Rachel break up (for real), Rachel invites the gang to her ski chalet and doesn't invite Ross. This ends horribly for many reasons, but mainly because Ross ends up going to pick them up because they lock themselves out of the car.

After many fights, it comes out that Monica actually agrees with Ross that they were on a break. Again, it's Monica's brother, but maybe she shouldn't have chosen sides between him and her bestie. Rachel was infuriated, to say the least, and we kind of get why.

When Rachel Steals Monica's Thunder (Season 7, Episode 1)

Right after the gang finds out that Monica and Chandler got engaged, they plan the evening to celebrate their blooming love. However, feeling left behind, Rachel kisses Ross, in the hallway. Monica catches them, and becomes extremely angry that Rachel picked that night, of all nights, to kiss Ross.

She was stealing her thunder, because guess what, when the gang found out, they cared more about that than Monica and Chandler's relationship. Again, not cool, Rachel.

When Monica Goes Out With Rachel's High School Prom Date (Season 4, Episode 2)

Sure, it was prom, and it was forever ago. However, things didn't end swell between Rachel and her high school boo, and Rachel isn't exactly thrilled that Monica is going out with him.

What's even worse, is Monica feels so proud that she got asked out that she continues to boast about it until it drives every single one of them crazy. Isn't the number one rule of being friends never to date someone your bestie dated? We think so, Monica.

When Rachel Forgets to Throw Monica a Bridal Shower (Season 7, Episode 19)

Yeah, Monica can be kind of crazy when it comes to planning things, but at least she remembers to plan things. Monica expects that Phoebe and Rachel have thrown her a bridal shower right before her wedding.

Shockingly, they didn't. Rachel, the so-called best friend, probably should've known that she was supposed to be the one to throw her best friend a bridal shower, right? It's not the first wedding she's ever been to, after all.

When Monica Keeps Chandler a Secret (Season 4 & 5)

Rachel is pretty offended that Monica doesn't tell her about Chandler. Sure, it isn't Rachel's finest moment either when her and Phoebe try and trick the two into confessing their relationship. However, we think it definitely falls on Monica for the entire fiasco.

Rachel is literally her best friend, and if your best friend kept that big of a secret from you, you'd probably be pretty devastated, too. Monica definitely should've just told Rachel the truth as soon as it happened, right?

When Rachel Lets the Gang Thing Monica's Pregnant (Season 8, Episode 1)

This whole fiasco starts off being a pretty ugly one for Rachel. At Monica and Chandler's wedding, a pregnancy test is discovered, and the gang all think that Monica is pregnant. Rachel, full well knowing this is a lie (because, you know, she's the pregnant one), lets the entire gang badger Monica and create drama at her wedding because they think she's pregnant.

Even when Monica confesses that she's not pregnant, Rachel still doesn't speak up, and eventually, Phoebe dives in and convinces the gang that she's pregnant? Overall, not cool, Rachel. That's a lot for your friends to cover up. Also, you shouldn't keep secrets like that from your bestie, anyway.
