Courteney Cox proves that she's Friends' Monica Geller in real life via a new video. The actress played the neat-freak member of the Central Perk crew for 10 seasons, and from the looks of it, she didn't need to flex her acting muscles when it comes to one of the character's signature traits.

Friends saw Monica, Rachel, Phoebe, Chandler, Ross, and Joey go through various life experiences in their mid-20s to early 30s while living in New York City. Each one navigated their way through dealing with their professional and personal lives as everyone else provided support during the tumultuous era. While the sitcom isn't really known for clever storylines or realistic depiction of what it's like to live in one of the most prominent metropolises in the world, it's beloved for its characters. The characters have unique traits and eccentricities, which made for great laughs especially when they're all together.

Monica, in particular, is known for being extremely organized which helps considering that she also likes playing the group's host. With her apartment being one of the main settings in Friends, there are several episodes devoted to tackling her obsession with cleaning and keeping her home tidy. This is apparently something that Cox also likes to do as she proves in a new Instagram video where she proves that she's Monica without saying that she is.

The popular NBC sitcom may have ended almost 20 years ago, but it continues to expand its following thanks to syndicated reruns, not to mention, streaming availability. It also helps that Friends has high rewatchability value, making it easier for fans to revisit it again and again. So despite the series wrapping up a long time ago, it continues to be at the forefront of pop culture. Cox doing these types of content on her social media platform is only helping the show stay relevant no matter how long it has been since it went off the air.

Thanks to its enduring popularity, a Friends reunion is finally happening. Filming has already wrapped up, although no word yet when it will be available on HBO Max. Unfortunately, Cox won't be reprising Monica in the special; while all six main actors are partaking in it, the project won't be a revival in a traditional sense. Instead, it will more likely be just a roundtable where the cast looks back on their time working on the sitcom. That might be a bummer, but with Cox proving that she's essentially Monica in real life, she really doesn't need to pretend to be her anyway.
