In the season 2 finale "The One With Barry and Mindy's Wedding," Richard and Monica shared a very sad scene, which is his most memorable one.

In the season 9 episode "The One With Ross's Inappropriate Song," Mike introduced Phoebe to his parents, and she learned that he came from a wealthy family.
