In the mid-2000s, Fred Figglehorn took over the world of YouTube with his quirky personality and chaotic episodes that he shared with his fans about his life as a perpetual five-year-old. For years, Fred, played by teenager Lucas Cruikshank, was on YouTubers' screens as they followed his adventures to the dentist, hotel rooms, and more.
Although Fred's contagious voice and laugh are no longer active on the Internet, viewers can still watch all of his clips on his channel on YouTube. Many of his videos brought iconic quotes and scenes that are still spoken of today, and the series is nothing short of a nostalgia trip to the easier times of the 2000s.
Fred Goes Swimming
After receiving a note from a stranger, Fred texts Judy to come over and hang out at his swimming pool. Fred introduces his viewers to his "really big pool" at his house, which ends up being a kiddie-sized pool that only can fit him.
In his t-shirt and swimmies, he dives into his pool only to be disappointed by the temperature of the water, the size of the pool itself, and he is subsequently made fun of by Judy and Kevin. Kevin also tells Fred to stop asking Judy to hang out although she is "single."
Fred Goes To The Dentist
Fred heads to the dentist after a chaotic brushing of his own teeth. The viewers then see Fred with cotton balls in his mouth while crying, stating how he can't feel his cheeks and his face is numb.
It is revealed that he had a cavity that needed work, which upsets Fred, as he only started brushing his teeth the week prior to the appointment. He ends up seeing Judy at the dentist who was laughing at him for his interaction with the nurse.
Fred Sneaks Into Judy's Party
Judy is throwing her annual boys and girls party and excludes Fred from the list. He decides to sneak into her "Tropical Paradise Under the Sun" party so he can make fun of how lame it is.
In eye black and carrying an umbrella, he opens the door and walks into Judy's house only to be kicked out by Kevin and Judy. As revenge, Fred leaves all of her sinks on as he leaves the house. Although at first he was satisfied, Fred still feels left out and wonders why he is never included in anything with that group of kids.
Fred Gets A Haircut
Fred's mom drops him off to get his haircut after the school does a louse check on all of the students so he can get a buzzcut. This leads into a montage of Fred having a breakdown in the hair salon before actually sitting down for the cut until a customer walks in mistaking him for the barber.
Fred ends up cutting a man's hair and shaves most of it off even though it was supposed to be a "trim." Lucky for Fred, the customer loves the cut and starts a new trend for the other customers.
Fred Loses His Meds
After losing his pills that make him "function as a human being," Fred starts to act out in different ways such as drawing inappropriate pictures in school, walk outside during a major thunderstorm, and ding-dong-ditching Kevin's house.
He begins to go into a panic about his medications and starts to fear that he will be put into a straight jacket soon if he doesn't find his pills. In a frantic search around his room, Fred learns that his mom had them all day, as she mistook them for her pills.
Fred Gets Bullied
Following "Fred Loses His Meds," Fred confesses that Kevin is very upset that he ding-dong-ditched his house and that he was confronted by him in gym class to meet up for a fight at 5 pm, a class in which Judy will be in attendance.
He debates going to the fight and goes on a tangent about Kevin's antics, such as stealing his lunch every day and leaving him hungry. Fred ends up meeting Kevin on the porch for a fight in which he ends up getting hit a lot, but a cat with rabies bites Kevin mid-fight, leaving him foaming at the mouth.
Fred Stalks Judy
A sassy photoshoot leads Fred to want to share the photos with Judy. When she doesn't answer, he discovers the front door is unlocked and goes into her house where he peeks into her room, bathroom, and kitchen.
After reading a love note to Kevin from Judy, Fred gets mad and decides it's time to leave since he is being "stalker-ish," but it's too late, as he is caught by Judy. She chases him home and is already in trouble with his mom, who spoke with Judy's mom on the phone.
Fred Gets Babysat
Fred's mom hires a babysitter for him while she is out, which frustrates Fred who feels he is being "treated like a child" as his sixth birthday is approaching. He tries his best to make the babysitter mad, including peeing on the floor and causing her to have a reaction.
She tells Fred to go to bed at 10:10 pm, which leads to him creating a song on the piano about how much he doesn't like her. The babysitter tells his mom how mean he was to her, and she threatens to take Fred's camera away as punishment.
Fred Gets Detention
Fred has to walk nine blocks to school since his mom won't take him, which ends up in him getting detention for how many times he has been late. This upsets Fred since his teacher told him this will affect his future plans of becoming a pediatrician.
After debating putting a bird in his teacher's house, he prank calls her, which fails due to how noticeable his voice is on the phone. Fred is nervous that he will end up getting expelled after all of his "bad" behavior.
Fred Goes To The Park
Viewers find out that Fred snuck out of his house to go hang out at the park and see the neighborhood dog that he named Sparky. He finds a baby in a stroller by itself, followed by a game of toy guns which he stops playing since he knows he will get in a lot of trouble from his mom.
To prove himself as a "cool kid," Fred attempt to go on the park's zip line, which ends up in him breaking the zipline and getting heartburn. This video is home to the famous "yelling hurts my ears" quote.
