Every week, Fortnite hides Omni Chips around the map for players to find, and Week 2 of Season 3 is no exception. Alongside several other new loot and items introduced in Chapter 3, Season 2, players can find Omni Chips hidden throughout the island that they can collect as they play Battle Royale.

There are nine total Omni Chips spread around Fortnite's map this week. Last week also saw Omni Chips hidden throughout the map. However, the Chips are located in different spots this week. Omni Chips are not directly related to the story or specific side-quests in Chapter 3, Season 2, but they can be used to customize the Omni Sword.

The Omni Sword is a new special weapon cosmetic, one of several new weapons in Fortnite Chapter 3, Season 2. The sword has a large variety of different appearances, and players can customize these appearances using Omni Chips. The Omni Sword must be unlocked by reaching level 2 of the Battle Pass, and Omni Chips will not show up in the game until it is unlocked.

First, there are three Omni Chips in Chonker's Speedway. These can be found under the main bridge, on the hill next to the bridge, and on the north side of the race track. The next three Omni Chips can be found at Loot Lake. One is on the west side of the small island, floating above the water. The second Omnic Chip is on the north side of the small island, floating above the water. Finally, the third is on the east side of the small island, floating above the water.

The next three chips can be found at The Temple in Fortnite. These Chips can be found on top of the north pyramid, on top of the biggest pyramid in the Southern area, and on top of the smallest pyramid in the Western area. The final three Chips are at Mighty Monument. One is located on a patch of sand west of the Mighty Monument's statue. The next Omni Chip is under the cove to the north of the Might Monument statue, and the last Omni Chip is by the dock to the east of the Mighty Monument statue.

These chips can be easily identified as they appear as a hovering red and white square chip with a glowing white ray of light protruding from them. As players collect more Omni Chips, they'll be able to unlock more customization options for their Omni Sword, allowing players to change their special weapon however they like. If players want the chance to unlock even more collectibles, they can purchase Fortnite's Crew Membership for April for even more rewards and V-Bucks.
