With every new season of Fortnite, weapons are vaulted and un-vaulted to keep the metagame interesting. This guide will show players every new and un-vaulted weapon for season 7. If weapons just continued to be added to the game without removing the old ones, the metagame would be oversaturated with weapons that do the same thing. With every new season, the theme takes front and center in terms how what weapons will be available. For example, season 6 was themed around Primal, meaning players had the chance to craft their own weapons with the bones and meat they found in the wild. Now with season 7, players are able to find alien weapons to vaporize enemies with. These changes are fairly simple, but other weapons are added and removed without a trace. Here is every weapon change to happen in season 7.

When exploring the battlefield, players may come across UFOs and IO buildings that are heavily guarded. Taking down enemies is one way to unlock the new weapons of this season but finding them in chests is also viable. Season 7 brought back a ton of fan-favorite weapons and removed some that go against the theme of the season. Here is every vaulted and un-vaulted weapon for Fortnite season 7.

Every Vaulted (& Un-Vaulted) Weapon in Fortnite Season 7

Here is every Vaulted Item for Fortnite season 7.

  • All Revolvers
  • All Infantry Rifles
  • The Vendatta Flopper
  • The Harpoon Gun

Here is every Un-Vaulted Item for the season. These were in previous seasons but have made a return for season 7.

  • Bolt-Action Sniper Rifle
  • Burst Assault Rifle
  • Hand Cannon Desert Eagle
  • LaunchPads
  • Lever Action Rifles
  • Lever Action Shotgun
  • Pistols
  • Rapid Fire SMG
  • SMG
  • Suppressed SMG

Out of all of these items, the LaunchPad is possibly the most interesting. Placing it on a surface will allow players to make a grand escape during a critical moment. It's been great for escaping the storm and getting up close and personal with enemies. As the season continues, more items will be introduced in the game to keep things interested. Currently, the game only has 3 alien weapons to choose from. This will likely be expanded since the entire season is themed around an alien invasion. These new weapons will likely be tied to future weekly challenges and players will want to complete these to earn Battle Stars for their battle pass. This season is trying out something new with its progression system and it seems to be going well with fans.
