Week 3 of Fortnite Season 6 is here which means a new batch of weekly Epic and Legendary challenges have arrived. Much like the two previous weeks, the week 3 challenges dive a little deeper into the new additions of Season 6. Some challenges also have an Easter theme since the holiday is this week, and completing one of the challenges will reward players with a free limited-time pickaxe.
Fortnite Season 6 is primal-themed, and the biggest change introduced this season is the addition of a crafting system. Wild animals can be tamed or hunted for crafting materials, and new structures around the map can be destroyed to harvest Animal Bones or Mechanical Parts. The map also has a primal theme with large buildings being made from bones and scraps, and The Spire in the center of the map holds secrets that are the key to understanding The Seven and the purpose of the Zero Point. Every Fortnite Season 6 Week 3 Epic & Legendary Quests
Fortnite Season 6 Week 3 features a variety of quests including some chicken and egg-themed challenges. Players will also have to show a bit more skill this week compared to last as a few of the challenges require players to deal damage in specific ways. Players will need to focus on shotguns, rifles, and pistols to complete these quests as well as hunt down a few NPCs. Regardless, here are this week's challenges.
Epic Challenges
- Fly 20 Meters With A Chicken
- Hunt A Chicken
- Catch Fish At Camp Cod, Lake Canoe, or Stealthy Stronghold x 5
- Deal Damage With Shotguns x 1000
- Get Headshots With Rifles x 10
- Deal Damage Within 10 Meters Using A Pistol x 500
- Eliminate Raptor, Zenith, or Blackheart
Legendary Challenges
- Forage Bouncy Eggs Hidden Around the Island x 10
- Forage Bouncy Eggs Hidden Around the Island x 20
- Forage Bouncy Eggs Hidden Around the Island x 30
- Forage Bouncy Eggs Hidden Around the Island x 40
- Forage Bouncy Eggs Hidden Around the Island x 50
While most challenges listed will reward players with 20k+ experience points, the first Legendary Challenge will reward players with the free Battle Quaxes Pickaxe. This free item will only be available for a week so the quest to collect 10 bouncy eggs will need to be completed as quickly as possible.
