A new Fortnite season means a brand-new Battle Pass for players to get their hands on. Like with every other season, Chapter 3 Season 2's Battle Pass features a new set of unlockable skins, cosmetics, and additional V-Bucks. As players level up, they'll unlock Battle Stars, which can then be used to purchase items in the Battle Pass. They can be unlocked in any order, as long as the player has unlocked the corresponding page. As the player unlocks more items, more pages will unlock with additional rewards. Since the Battle Pass will only remain active until the season of the season, there's a timer for players to unlock everything they need.
The biggest additions for this season are Marvel's Doctor Strange and Prowler. With the release of Doctor Strange: Multiverse of Madness happening next month, it only makes sense for him to be the featured skin for the Battle Pass, and unlocking him is one of the more challenging obstacles. To achieve this, players will need to reach tier 100 of the Battle Pass. As for Prowler, he has his own set of challenges that are completely separate from the mainline Battle Pass.
Every time the player levels up they'll unlock five Battle Stars, these can then be invested in a variety of different rewards from the Battle Pass. The fastest way to level up in Fortnite is to clear out every mission within the 'Quest' tab. These are lists of objectives that players can complete for a range of XP. For example, the seasonal section is updated with new quests every week, and completing each one will give the player 20,000 XP. From experience, it's always recommended to focus on unlocking all the V-Bucks first. Since each Fortnite Battle Pass costs about 950 V-Bucks to purchase, it's possible to earn enough through the Battle Pass without needing to spend any cash. Once those are out of the way, focus on collecting the skins next. Regardless, each page has its own unlock requirement.

Another excellent way to gain levels fast is to keep track of the Milestones page. These are smaller tasks like walking a certain distance, thanking the bus driver, spending bars, and opening chests and ammo boxes. While these only offer 7,000 XP at a time, they begin to add up since it's just normal stuff players will do during the battle royale. The game did include a few fundamental changes, like the ability to mantle onto ledges are sprinting.
Since building is currently disabled in Fortnite, there are now new versatility options around the maps like zip lines and trampolines to help players get around. Building will return to the game within the next week so it will be interesting to see how these maps changes really come into play. Make sure to clear out any remaining gray areas around the map as well. Visiting these locations will not only permanently reveal their location on the map for future games, but the player is given XP for landing there. Fortnite chapter 3 season 2 is scheduled to conclude on June 3rd, 2022.
