NPCs, also known as Characters in Fortnite, are a unique type of AI that spawn on Artemis Island during matches in Chapter 3 Season 3. These NPCs can be found at various locations, and those who encounter these Characters can interact with them in different ways, such as engaging in dialogue or doing business. Many of these Characters often have weapons, tools, consumables, and other items for sale in Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 3.
To purchase items from NPCs in Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 3, players will need a currency known as Bars. Naturally, not all items or services are worth the same value, meaning their prices in Bars will vary accordingly. For instance, a Cabbage from Bao Bros will cost Bars ×10, but a Hammer Assault Rifle from The Imagined will set players back Bars ×100.
