In an effort to cope with his sudden split from Flip or Flop star Christina Anstead, Ant Anstead is participating in a five-week breakup recovery program that aims to move him from "hurting" and "healing" to "thriving" in less than 60 days.

The "Create The Love" program, which was developed by self-described human connection specialist Mark Groves, features strategies to help people heal. Included in the program are retreats, coaching, courses, and a podcast. The specific program that Ant is enrolled in covers a range of topics, including how to set boundaries and how to let go. Over the weekend, Ant, who is the host of Wheeler Dealers, shared his experience in the program with his fans, via one of his Instagram stories. In the post, he said, “I am now on day 30 of this and I have to say it’s been a lifeline for me!” He also recommended the program to others who are going through the same turmoil. In addition to Groves’ program, Ant is leaning on friends and faith to help him repair his broken heart and move forward. According to Yahoo! Entertainment News, Ant’s spiritual healing includes a three-day transformational journey called "Rise Up Kings". The "Rise Up Kings" website states a mission to enlighten men to God’s plan for their lives as husbands, fathers, and businessmen.

On September 18, Christina Anstead shocked fans when she announced on Instagram that she and Ant were breaking up. The announcement caught fans off guard because they were only married a short time and seemed to be in perfect harmony as a blended family. Both Christina and Ant are divorced and each came into the marriage with two children. The couple, who married in December 2018, at their Newport Beach, California home, welcomed a son, Hudson. He came along nearly nine months after the wedding, on Sept. 6, 2019. The couple separated roughly one year later. In her Instagram post, she announced the split, and Christina Anstead also addressed her struggles with anxiety. She said anxiety causes her to jump from one thing to another with both positive and negative results, which can leave her “lost” or in a “state of fight or flight/or crying in my closet.”  Not too long after Christina announced they were splitting, Ant took to his Instagram to tell fans he wasn’t the quitter in his marriage. On Sept. 26, 2020, he posted that he never lost hope for their marriage, adding, “I pray Christina’s decision brings her happiness.” On October 11, he posted a pic to Instagram, wearing a "Rise Up Kings" t-shirt. See the post below:

Christina appears to be taking a less introspective route than Ant Anstead when it comes to moving forward. Recently, she purchased a luxury yacht, which she named, "Aftermath." The boat is a Prestige 520, which is a 52-foot motor yacht that has enough sleeping space for seven people. Features of the yacht include an enormous living space and an upper deck. Let’s hope the time the Flip or Flop star spends yachting will help her to develop her sea legs, and ease the waves of anxiety she experiences.
