Joshua grew up in SoCal along with his two younger sisters. He graduated from Quartz Hill High School in 1999 and attended Santa Monica College. In 2017, he relocated to Austin, Texas. He obtained his real estate license in Texas and has been working at Spyglass Realty since December 2020. Christina still lives and works in California, but it is unclear if they have been in a long-distance relationship.

Joshua became a police officer at 21 years old because he had a passion for helping others.
