The trailer for Flashback sees former Teen Wolf star Dylan O’Brien (Love and Monsters) searching for a missing Maika Monroe (It Follows). Previously titled The Education of Fredrick Fitzell, the psychological thriller also stars Hannah Gross, Amanda Brugel, Emory Cohen, and Keir Gilchrist. Written and directed by Christopher MacBride, who previously helmed The Conspiracy, his latest project looks to deliver a similarly unsettling narrative.

This notion is teased in the new trailer for Flashback, which focuses on the character of Fredrick (O’Brien), an average guy on the cusp of his thirties who begins to experience an existential crisis. He soon journeys into the past in search of a troubled high school friend named Cindy (Monroe). By the looks of things, Fredrick, the story's perceived hero, won’t be quite prepared for what he finds. You can check out the trailer, from ET Online, below.
