The Justice League's medical experts confirm that Linda is pregnant with the couple's third child in The Flash #788 by Jeremy Adams, Fernando Pasarin, Matt Ryan, Matt Herms, and Rob Leigh. After suspecting that Linda's speed is a result of an unexpected pregnancy, she and Wally have their Justice League colleagues confirm their belief. The two are clearly overjoyed and immediately start celebrating the growth of their family. Meanwhile, writer Jeremy Adams called on fans to guess the baby's name in an "official" thread on Twitter. Adams promises a prize for the first person to correctly guess the name, which will be revealed in-universe once the baby is born.
