Next week will see the conclusion of a two-part Gorilla Grodd story arc on The Flash, as Grodd brings an army to Central City and Flash teams up with multiple speedsters to try and stop him. It looks like an incredible episode, with the promo and poster teasing the kind of hero/villain showdown that we love to see. This episode is also going to see a whole lot of speedsters involved, as Jesse Quick (Violette Beane) is on Earth-1 to help Barry Allen (Grant Gustin) and Kid Flash (Keiynan Lonsdale).

Now, a new set of images from the episode have been released, showing that these three aren't the only speedsters who will be involved in taking Gorilla Grodd down.

The photos (via CBM) show several different scenes from the episode, including Kid Flash, Jesse Quick and Barry Allen standing together in costume, a Valentine's Day party with both versions of Harrison Wells (Tom Cavanagh), and the return of Gypsy (Jessica Camacho). Other photos show Vibe (Carlos Valdez) in an interesting-looking chair and Barry leaning over a punching bag. Finally, one new face appears in these photos -- an unnamed man in red, with a white scarf over his mouth and goggles on his head. This man is standing with Gypsy in the snow.

Although he is not officially named, we're assuming that he is Accelerated Man from Earth-19 (Gypsy and HR's Earth). Accelerated Man is this Earth's version of The Flash, and it looks like Gypsy might have brought him on board in order to try and help Team Flash defeat Grodd's army.

The idea of a multi-speedster team being used to tackle Grodd's gorilla army is great, although there's one noticeable absence in the form of Jay Garrick (John Wesley Shipp) from Earth-3. Even without that particular speedster, however, this looks like an incredible team of superheroes. In addition, it looks like the episode will see Cisco do some more Vibe-ing -- perhaps checking in on the future again, to see if they have managed to change Iris's fate? The Valentine's Day party is going to be a nice moment of lightness in an otherwise fight-heavy episode.

That said, it's going to be more than a little late for a Valentine's episode, as the episode will be airing two weeks after the holiday itself. Presumably there will be some form of explanation for this, but it's definitely going to feel a little odd to watch V-day celebrations on the final day of February. Some other fans may wonder if the show is adding one too many speedsters, especially with the inclusion of Acclerated Man. It's doubtful he'll be sticking around for long, though as his Earth can't do without its speedster for too long.
