Fans of Five Nights at Freddy's received great news about the movie adaption recently as actors Matthew Lillard and Josh Hutcherson are now attached to the project. Fans have been waiting for what seems like decades for news like this, and it finally seems like filming will start soon. Details are still under wraps, but fans can not stop wondering what animatronics will be in the movie.

There are plenty of different terrifying characters from the FNAF universe that would be great in the movie. However, some characters are not as scary and are more annoying than anything. There are a bunch of characters who are not very hard to defeat or control but are just bothersome at their core.

Foxy - Five Nights At Freddy's

Foxy from the first FNaf

Foxy is one of the original four animatronics. He has had many different variations throughout the franchise, but the version from the original game is annoying.

Foxy's mechanic is more aggravating to a new player as an experienced player would remember to check pirates cove to keep Foxy in the curtain. However, an amateur would be too preoccupied with Chica and Freddy since they seem like the immediate threat. Having to keep using the camera to check on him makes the player lose focus and opens the possibility of another animatronic entering the office and killing the player.

Freddy - Five Nights At Freddy's

Freddy is the title character and is the star of the animatronics show. He is the focal point in pretty much every one of the horror games in the immersive franchise.

Freddy has a mechanic that is similar to Foxy. The annoying part is Freddy changes rooms. So, the player needs to find Freddy, who is hidden on camera, and give him a peak to make him stay put. Players need to be fast as they can not focus all their attention on finding Freddy with all the disorder going on in the night. At least the developers gave the player a hint when Freddy moves as his laughter can be heard when he changes rooms.

Marionette - Five Nights At Freddy's 2

Marionette from Five Nights At Freddy's 2 on a white background.

The Marionette, sometimes referred to simply as The Puppet, was introduced in Five Nights at Freddy's 2, which has one of the lowest Metacritic scores in the franchise. The Marionette does not move, but the player does need to keep returning to his area to wind up his music box

The amount of time it takes to wind it up fully feels like an eternity. It is incredibly tough to find a rhythm where the player is winding it up enough, but can still check other areas. There is also so many more animatronics to worry about, so players could forget this task so easily. And once the timer runs out, there is no chance to escape a game over.

Nightmare - Five Nights At Freddy's 4

Nightmare is one of the scariest characters in the franchise. He first appears in Five Nights at Freddy's 4, and he made sure to make his debut meaningful.

One might think that Nightmare could be easy to control since he is the only animatronic active starting at 4 AM on night 7, but he is incredibly flustering. His movements are so quick that it is hard to keep up. And when the player does catch up at the correct spot, they are not sure since his breathing at the doors is tough to hear. This makes sense as to why he is the final boss of the game.

Yenndo - Sister Location

Yenndo made its debut in Sister Location. Fans thought that the series might have been over after FNAF 4, but it made a big comeback with this game, and Yenndo is a part of that.

Yenndo appears in two modes in the game. The section where he is annoying is on the game's custom night. He has a similar mechanic to Golden Freddy in the earlier games as all the player needs to do is bring up the camera to make it go away. It is just tedious to do so if the player is dealing with animatronics at the doors as bringing up the camera could let them in.

Mr. Hippo - Ultimate Custom Night

Mr. Hippo Five Nights at Freddy's contemplating

Mr. Hippo is a part of the Mediocre Melodies and first appears in the Pizzeria Simulator. His role in Ultimate Custom Night could be argued as the most annoying in the franchise.

When the player dies at the hands of Mr. Hippo, he will go off on a very long speech. There is no way to avoid it once it starts, so the player has to sit there and wait for him to finish. One might think these stories have to do with the complicated lore of the series, but they are just time wasters. Not having to hear his long story is enough motivation to keep Mr. Hippo at bay.

Funtime Foxy - Ultimate Custom Night

Funtime Foxy debuted in Sister Location, but his presence in Ultimate Custom Night can frustrate the player. The player needs to check on his stage when the hour changes to the correct time.

What is so annoying is that the player needs to be there exactly when the hour switches or else they will die. There is so much chaos going on in Ultimate Custom Night, so it is very easy to forget what time it is and miss Funtime Foxy's performance and get a game over. Players can be preoccupied with so many other things that remembering what time it is can easily slip their minds.

Trash And The Gang - Ultimate Custom Night

Trash and the Gang jumpscare

Trash and The Gang debuted in the Pizzeria Simulator and are options in Ultimate Custom Night. Their presence in the latter has no other purpose other than to be annoying.

All they do is give the viewer a jump scare for a second and make a very loud noise. Their sole intention is to annoy and disorient the viewer, so they are distracted from what they were doing or who they were handling at that time. Even though Trash and The Gang cannot kill them, the player still hates to see them pop up on their screen.

Bonnet - Ultimate Custom Night

Bonnet from Ultimate Custom Night

Bonnet is a version of the hand puppet that is in Sister Location. Bonnet has a very easy mechanic in Ultimate Custom Night that is so easy, players could overlook it.

When Bonnet runs across the screen, the player just needs to click her on the nose to make her go away, but if she reaches the other side of the screen she will kill the player. Seems simple enough, but, when there is so much bedlam going on inside the office Bonnet hides in plain sight and ruins the game. Players that die by her are extra frustrated since they know all they needed to do to stop her is one click.

Dee Dee - Ultimate Custom Night

Dee Dee Ultimate Custom Night

Dee Dee is one of the characters in Ultimate Custom Night that cannot kill the player but will surely piss them off. Dee Dee pops up randomly and adds a new character to the night.

The game does not tell the player what character was added, so they need to frantically search the camera and the office to see what is new. She can also up the difficulty of a character instead of adding one, which is irritating and makes the night harder than expected. Not to mention she can also summon characters who are not even on the character menu, which is very annoying since the player is not exactly sure how to beat those characters.
