There have been a handful of 90 Day Fiancé stars who have been officially ejected from the franchise, but their offenses are not equal. During nearly every season of the OG show and its spin-offs there are cast members who fans take issue with, and there are often calls for such stars to be fired by TLC. However, it’s only actually happened a few times in the entire history of 90 Day Fiancé.

Though viewers criticize cast members’ on-screen behavior, it’s often the star’s off-screen social media activity that gets them into trouble. 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days cast member Mike Berk caught a lot of flack for his actions and lies on the show. However, it wasn’t until his racist old Instagram activity came to light that fans demanded he be kicked out of the franchise, Unfortunately, their outrage has not been enough for TLC to take action against Mike.

Just because Mike got off easy doesn’t mean every cast member gets a pass. There have been a few who crossed whatever line TLC has drawn in the sand, and in response the network banned them from ever appearing in the 90 Day Fiancé franchise again. But some of the things these cast members did to get fired were worse than others.

Larissa Lima

After her debut on 90 Day Fiancé season 6, Larissa Lima became a fan favorite and a franchise staple. But viewers haven’t seen her in the franchise since 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? season 5. In 2020, Larissa participated in an explicit cam show and TLC decided she was no longer family friendly enough for the 90 Day Fiancé franchise. Though Larissa is making bank on OnlyFans and doesn’t need TLC’s money anymore, many fans still consider her firing to be unfair, as many other still-featured cast members have shared similar NSFW content.

Alina Kozhevnikova

Alina Kozhevnikova began Before the 90 Days season 5 with all the makings of a fan favorite, but when her racist and offensive social media posts from her past came to light, viewers were outraged. Though many fans doubted TLC would do anything about the controversy, the network took action fairly swiftly. Alina was formally fired from the franchise and her scenes were cut from the remaining episodes of season 5. What Alina did was undeniably wrong, but at least she’s attempted to apologize, which is more than some other cast members can say.

Lisa Hamme

Lisa Hamme from 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days.

“Babygirl” Lisa Hamme garnered a lot of criticism during Before the 90 Days season 4 for the way she treated her fiancé Usman “Sojaboy” Umar. Many viewers felt she was disrespectful to Usman, so when Usman revealed Lisa called him the N-word, fans were furious but not surprised, given her past behavior. It makes sense that TLC wanted nothing more to do with her, and Lisa won’t be seen in the franchise ever again. Though Lisa and Alina were fired for similar reasons, Lisa has never tried to apologize for offending Usman or viewers, which makes Alina marginally better.

Geoffrey Pashel

Geoffrey Paschel from 90 Day Fiance

Most 90 Day Fiancé franchise devotees agree that Geoffrey Paschel is the worst of the worst when it comes to cast members who have been fired. Geoffrey never should have been cast in the first place, as there were pending charges against him for assaulting a former girlfriend. Once the network finally caught wind of Geoffrey’s crimes, he was banned from the Before the 90 Days season 4 Tell All and has never appeared on a 90 Day Fiancé franchise show since. Even if TLC wanted to, they couldn’t cast him again, since Geoffrey was sentenced to 18 years in prison with no possibility of parole—much to the delight of viewers.
