Players of Final Fantasy XIV have been chomping at the bits for the release of Patch 6.1 and the new adventure in store for the Warrior of Light. While players will have to wait a little longer before the release of the new story, Square Enix will be celebrating Little Ladies' Day with the community through an in-game seasonal event. The Final Fantasy XIV Little Ladies' Day event is themed after the Japanese holiday of Hinamatsuri, and players have two weeks to participate in the celebration.

While the seasonal events of Final Fantasy XIV are not canon to the game's rich narrative, seasonal event rewards generally include the true end-game of Final Fantasy XIV: cosmetics. Importantly, these cosmetics are only available in-game for a limited time. Players who do not acquire these items during the event will not have a chance to earn these items in-game, though seasonal items do usually become available for purchase on Square Enix's cash shop one year later. Because of this limited availability, players will want to make sure to complete the Little Ladies' Day event before it ends and collect all the rewards.

Players will have two weeks to earn their rewards for Little Ladies' Day 2022 in Final Fantasy XIV. The event will start on Monday, March 14, and end on Thursday, March 31. During these two weeks, players will have access to a seasonal event questline that must be completed during the event. Players will be unable to complete these quests after the event, even if the quest is still in their quest log.

Where To Start The Little Ladies' Day Quest in Final Fantasy XIV

FFXIV Little Ladies Day 2020

Like all seasonal events before it, Little Ladies' Day requires that players reach level 15 in Final Fantasy XIV before being able to participate in the festivities. Unlike the past two seasonal events, which started in Gridania, players can join the celebration in Uldah by talking to Marabel (X: 10.1, Y: 8.7) in Uldah - Steps of Nald. Players who talk to Marabel can receive a quest called "Fashion Face-off." This is the first step for players to take to participate in the seasonal event.

Players will be tasked with helping Marabel with her entry for this year's Little Ladies' Day walk-off. Players are not expected to help Marabel just out of generosity. They can earn a new cosmetic in this year's event: the Little Lady's Crown. This unisex cosmetic allows player characters to wear a tiny crown on top of their head, a fabulous new cosmetic for players to use in their various glamours. While some newer players may not see an immediate use for this cosmetic, veterans will not give up the chance to unlock the Little Lady's Crown, as glamour is the true endgame for many players in Final Fantasy XIV.
