In Final Fantasy XIV's newest expansion, Endwalker, the level cap for Disciples of the Land has increased from 80 to 90. With the upcoming release of the new Savage Raids, now is the perfect time for players to level their gatherers in anticipation of the incoming gear market. Luckily, leveling up botanist, miner, and fisher to level 90 has been made easy in this latest expansion.

Like with leveling Disciples of War and Magic in Final Fantasy 14, level-appropriate gear is key to efficient leveling for Disciples of the Land. Players who invest in good level 80 gathering gear can quickly max out the class at 90 without ever upgrading their equipment along the way. With a well-geared gatherer, players have two easy methods to reach max level.

One method for leveling up Disciples of the Land in Final Fantasy 14 Endwalker is through levequests. To unlock the levemetes in Endwalker, players must continue the Main Story Quest until they make it to Old Sharlayan. Here, crafters and gatherers of at least level 80 can talk to Grigge (X:12.1, Y:13.4) to access these quests. These quests will take players to different areas of the FFXIV Endwalker Main Story to complete repeatable tasks. The quests themselves are worth a lot of experience, and the gathering players do during the quest also yields experience. While experience boosts such as food buffs do not affect quest rewards, they do affect the experience gained from gathering during the quest.

How to Unlock and use Collectibles in Final Fantasy XIV Endwalker

The Collectible system can also help players level up Disciples of the Land in Final Fantasy XIV. Those familiar with the Shadowbringers update to collectibles will find the system relatively unchanged since its patch 5.3 update. To unlock the Collectible Appraiser in Radz-at-han, players must have completed the Main Story Quest "The Jewel of Thavnair" and the Feature Quest "Go West, Craftsman." Players who have completed these quests can acquire "Expanding House of Splendors" from Ofpolina at Radz-at-han (X:11.7 Y:9.6).

The collectibles that give the best experience are on timed nodes. While players cannot submit a collectible until they are that collectible's level, players can still gather collectibles to be turned in at a later time. It is important to make sure to prioritize quality over quantity for collectibles, as rating 999s are worth only half the experience of rating-1000 collectibles.

While finding collectibles is a great method to level up botanists and miners in Final Fantasy XIV, fishers may want to look elsewhere for their experience. Thankfully, ocean fishing in FFXIV still gives a great amount of experience and can serve as an excellent way of raising fisher to max level. With all these resources available, players should find leveling gatherers in Final Fantasy XIV Endwalker fairly easy.
