With the shocking death of Logan (Matt Frewer), Fear the Walking Dead has revealed the real villain of season 5. A new character, Ginny (Colby Minifie) and a group known as the Settlers were the masterminds behind Logan's plan to find Polar Bear's oilfields.

In last week's episode of Fear The Walking Dead, Logan used Al's tapes to find the location of the oilfields. In Sunday's episode, Logan and his men have a standoff with Luciana (Danay Garcia), Dwight (Austin Amelio), Sarah (Mo Collins), and Wendell (Daryl Mitchell), who refuse to help Logan make the gas he needs. Logan reveals to Sarah that what she did to Polar Bear in season 4 is the reason why he gave up on his beliefs. Their feud is interrupted by an approaching hoard of zombies, forcing John (Garrett Dillahunt) to intervene.

While the zombies are being dealt with, Logan appears to have a revelation after telling a young woman in a seemingly helpless situation to commit suicide. After she is rescued by Wes (Colby Hollman), Logan is shaken to a point where it looks like Sarah and the others may able to reach him. Just when Logan proves that he even he can redeemed, he is abruptly murdered by a group of men on horseback called the Settlers, led by Ginny, who is clearly the real antagonist of the season. Here are the questions from Fear the Walking Dead, season 5, episode 13, "Leave What You Don't."

4. Who Is Ginny And What Does She Want?

Fear the Walking Dead Ginny Colby Minifie

Ginny is the one who arranged for Logan to go after Polar Bear's oilfields, and now she and her men, the Settlers, have a way to get what they want. Not much is revealed about Ginny in this week's Fear The Walking Dead, nor how she gained control of a group as large as the Settlers. However, Ginny does offer a few clues on her true purpose. She says she wants to help people, but not one at a time like Morgan's group. It would seem that Ginny is mostly interested in expansion for the Settlers.

3. How Big Is The Settlers' Operation?

Ginny says that she has men "all around these parts", but doesn't specify just how big of an organization the Settlers actually are. Is Ginny saying that the Settlers are spread out all over the state, or are in different parts of the country? If so, it's possible that Ginny, like Logan, isn't the person in charge. If the Settlers are so spread out, it could be that Ginny is the leader of only one branch.

2. What Will Happen To Luciana?

Luciana outside, looking serious in Fear the Walking Dead

To save everyone else, Luciana agreed to stay with Ginny and the Settlers in Fear The Walking Dead season 5, episode 13. Though the other members of her group were uneasy about leaving one of her own with their enemies, they had no choice but to leave her behind. Luciana will have to teach the Settlers how to make the gas, but what will happen to her after she's fulfilled her promise remains to be seen. What will become of Luciana, and what will she learn during her time with the Settlers?

1. Is The Woman Wes Saved A Member of the Settlers?

Throughout this week's Fear The Walking Dead, Alicia (Alycia Debnam-Carey) and Strand (Colman Domingo) were in a rush to rescue a young woman who was trapped at one of the truck stops. Wes was able to get her just in the nick of time. She explains that she was part of a group that she needed to get away from, and that's why she's on her own. Based on the circumstances, it seem likely that the woman is referring to the Settlers. If this is the case, she may have vital information that can be used against the Settlers in the future.
