Following the enormous success of Fate: The Winx Saga season 1, the coming-of-age reimagining of the beloved Nickelodeon cartoon series Winx Club is finally set to return for season 2 next month. Fate: The Winx Saga puts a darker spin on the concept of fairies, with the series having been created by showrunner Brian Young and led by Chilling Adventures of Sabrina star Abigail Cowen. The show centers around Cowen's character, Bloom, and her friends at Alfea College, a school for Fairies and Specialists.
Now, Netflix has released a new trailer for Fate: The Winx Saga season 2, which offers an exciting look at what's to come in this upcoming season. The trailer welcomes back season 1's cast, as it is ominously stated that "the old regime is gone," hinting at some considerable trouble ahead for the students.
