The worlds of Fast & Furious and Jurassic Park come together in a funny new crossover image. Both franchises are gearing up for their latest installments, though Fast & Furious will speed into theaters before the dinos do. Fast & Furious 9, officially titled F9, was delayed from last year by the coronavirus pandemic and is currently scheduled for release on June 25. Meanwhile, Jurassic World: Dominion was supposed to debut in that same month, but the pandemic similarly bumped it back a year.

With Fast & Furious getting bigger and bigger with each installment, the question has become: Where could the franchise possibly go next? The answer online for the past few years has been space, and it looks like Fast & Furious 9 just might cross into the final frontier. With the franchise jumping into the area that once seemed like an absurd idea, everyone's looking for the next expectation-defying hook. Right now, that apparently seems to be a crossover with Jurassic World, which stems from recent  comments made by F9 director Justin Lin and star Michelle Rodriguez.

All it takes is one little statement to send the internet into a flurry, and the Fast & Furious/Jurassic Park crossover creations have already begun rolling in. This one comes from Fandom on social media and takes the poignant final moments of Furious 7 and gives them a Jurassic twist. As Dominic Toretto (Vin Diesel) prepares to drive off into the sunset, he looks over to the next car, which is being driven by... a raptor. Check it out down below.

When speaking of a potential Fast & Furious/Jurassic crossover, Lin said he never says never to anything, leaving the door wide open for it to actually happen. With the franchise potentially going to space in future installments, there must be some behind the scenes debating going on over where the series will go next. A crossover with Jurassic Park, while certainly pushing the envelope in terms of what the audience will accept, isn't as impossible as it seems. After all, Universal owns both franchises.

Regardless of any potential crossovers, the end is in sight for both franchises. Fast & Furious will churn out two more movies after F9, though it will likely live on through spin-offs. The same can be said with Jurassic Park, which will come to an end with Dominion in June 2022. Of course, that's not to say they can't be revived for the ultimate combination of Universal properties, just that it probably isn't happening any time soon. Still, stranger things have happened.
