Far Cry 6 features side activities such as treasure hunts like "A Rising Tide" or mythical animal fights, including the two Perros Demoniacos. Each unique mythical creature challenges players with its abilities and strong defense. The mythical animals are also surrounded by other creatures, and, in the Perros Demoniacos' case, there will be coyotes and panthers nearby that attack the player at every opportunity.

The Perros Demoniacos are large demon dogs with mangy black or white fur. The black one has a white spot on its face, and the white one's head has a black patch. These animals can be killed for their pelts and turned in at the Hunting Lodge for special rewards. Players will need to have the Hunting Lodge at level one for the rewards to be collected.

It can be difficult to track down animals within Yara's large map. They're located in Madrugada, slightly northwest of Dazante Ridge. They're in the middle of the Aguas Lindas area, and their lair is full of coyotes for players to fight. The area is made up of small shrubbery and a cliffside that players will need to maneuver around as they attempt to take out the powerful Perros Demoniacos. To find the Perros Demoniacos' exact location, players can also purchase intel from the Hunting Lodge once it is at level three. This will mark them as a white symbol on the map.

How to Kill the Black and White Demoniacos in Far Cry 6

Far Cry 6 Black and White Demoniacos Defeated

Even with some of Far Cry 6's best weapons, it can be difficult to take on both Perros Demoniacos at once. Instead, it's recommended that players focus on one of the beasts at a time. Once one of them dies, it's vital that the other one is taken out quickly, as it can revive its partner. Both Perros Demoniacos have the same attacks, and their howls can be deadly. The howl affects a small radius and will knock Dani down, which leaves her vulnerable to attacks from any of the surrounding enemies. This attack is used more frequently if one of the Perros Demoniacos has already fallen.

Alternatively, to avoid a close-combat fight, players can use the MBP .50, one of Far Cry 6's best sniper rifles. There are vantage points in the area at which players can position Dani before engaging the Perros Demoniacos. Without first alerting them, they will be calm and still for the most part. Taking a few quick, well-aimed shots will make the fight much easier, but players will need to have a powerful weapon that can eliminate both of them before they can be revived.

Dani should be sure to collect the pelts from both Perros Demoniacos once they're defeated. The white pelt can be exchanged at the Hunting Lodge for the Primal Bracers, and the black pelt will give players the Primal Boots. The bracers give Dani the ability to increase the amount of meat scavenged from animals, and the boots will greatly increase movement speed after killing an animal. The three other mythical animals players hunt will unlock the full Primal set in Far Cry 6.
