In an epic new variant cover for an upcoming issue of Fantastic Four, every Invisible Woman costume ever is brought together, showing off the hero's many looks over the years. Artist Russell Dauterman shared his cover for Fantastic Four #47 by Marvel Comics, which features both the good, the bad, and the ugly, of Sue Storm's most iconic looks. The image further emphasizes the extremes of the different costumes the hero has worn.

Since debuting in Fantastic Four #1 by Jack Kirby and Stan Lee more than 60 years ago, the Invisible Woman has received many costume updates and tweaks. While her original blue suit and her current black and blue outfits remain her most iconic ensembles, the hero has been on the receiving end of some absolutely atrocious costumes. Two stand out as the worst ever, as the Fantastic Four star was given a four-shaped boob window and revealing costume during the '90s, while the '80s era debuted her Malice costume, which made Sue Storm look more like a dominatrix than a superhero. Thankfully, Marvel has kept things mostly consistent for the Invisible Woman's costumes, but even still, she's worn a lot of different looks over the past six decades.

On his Twitter account, artist Russell Dauterman shared his Sue Storm-starring variant cover for the upcoming Fantastic Four #47, which features pretty much every costume the Invisible Woman has ever worn. The Marvel Comics image features some of her best costumes, including her classic look, her Future Foundation ensemble, as well as the many tweaks to her original design over time. However, the cover doesn't shy away from the hero's worst looks, as her Malice costume (which Dauterman makes look as good as possible) is seen right next to Sue's revealing boob-window costume. Check out the image below.

Dauterman has become a master at variant covers featuring multiple costumes of a particular character. Before the Invisible Woman Fantastic Four cover was revealed, he already did similar costume covers starring both the X-Men's Storm and She-Hulk. Dauterman's style and strong design skills lend themselves beautifully to the homage costume covers.

The Invisible Woman-starring cover shows off the Fantastic Four hero's greatest (and not so great) costumes and beautifully encapsulates and condenses the character's colorful history in a single image. For fans of Sue Storm, it's a must-own cover. Readers can pick up the Invisible Woman variant cover when Fantastic Four #47 by Marvel Comics arrives in comic book stores and online retailers on September 7th, 2022.
