Recently released photos showed North sitting on Pete's lap while riding in Kim's golf cart together. Many blasted Kim, considering Kanye's requests for Pete not to be around their four children. Now, onlookers are convinced that Kim is purposely trying to antagonize her ex-husband amid their divorce and custody battle.
Kanye has eased up on calling out Kim and Pete on social media after he was banned from Instagram and barred from the Grammy Awards. Kanye's last social media tirade came after a disagreement he had with Kim over spending time with their kids. Kanye had been very vocal about not allowing Kim to prevent him from seeing their children. The Yeezy founder was also adamant about his eldest daughter North not being on TikTok. The rapper has made it clear that he is a present father and won't allow the KarJenners to portray him any differently. But amid Kanye's cooled-down approach to his co-parenting journey with Kim post-divorce, new footage was released showing North on Pete's lap.
Reddit user u/DTOLF created a timeline highlighting how "Kim has been playing dirty" amid her divorce from Kanye. "Kim has been deliberately provoking Kanye’s erratic behavior since SNL," the Redditor said before explaining their reasoning. Starting with October/November of last year when Kim and Pete first started teasing their romance. Noting how Kanye has voiced his concerns about North being on TikTok back in August 2020, the Redditor highlighted how around the time Kim started dating Pete is when she decided to allow North to make a TikTok account. They also noted it was around the time Kim hosted SNL and received support from Kanye. The rapper also gifted her with the grey tinsel coat that she would later wait to wear on her Valentine's Day date with Pete.
The Redditor highlighted Kim's initial filing to become legally single one day after Kanye begged Kim to "run back" to him during his Larry Hoover benefit concert. Speed up to February when Kanye became more vocal about North being on TikTok, "Kim dismisses the concerns and defends the TikToks as creative expression," the Redditor wrote while noting a week later, the SKIMS founder chose to wear the same tinsel coat Kanye gifted her months prior while out with Pete. The fan then noticed how in March, after Kanye posted a selfie with his girlfriend Chaney Jones, "just a couple days later Kim posts another TikTok with North, singing an MGK song." Then when Kanye took Chaney to sit court-side at a Lakers game, was the same day Kim decided to go Instagram official with Pete and shared photos of her, once again, wearing the grey tinsel coat Kanye gifted her.
Later, the fan highlights Kanye's complaints about North not attending his events in a post that Kim left a comment under, telling Kanye to "stop with this narrative" because he had picked the kids up for school that morning. However, Kanye "was complaining about North not being at these specific events," the Redditor noted. "So Kim was actually the one creating a certain narrative," they quipped. Most recently, Kanye brought Chaney with him to spend time with his family on his grandmother's birthday. Shortly after that, sources revealed the meeting Kim had also met with Pete's grandparents.
The Redditor called out The Kardashians star for seemingly trying to "provoke" Kanye with the recent video of North sitting on Pete's lap. "Kim is extremely calculated and she rarely gets her own hands dirty," the fan wrote. Considering the timeline and longstanding rumors of the KarJenners orchestrating their every move, fans are starting to suspect Kim might be making petty moves behind the scenes amid her ongoing divorce from Kanye.
