Zach and Tori Roloff from Little People, Big World have moved away from the rest of the Roloffs to Battle Ground, Washington, but some fans are uninspired by several aspects of their new home. Before relocating to Washington, Zach and Tori lived in Portland, Oregon. Zach, Tori, and their children resided in a five-bedroom abode close to the Roloff family farm in Hillsboro and purchased the house in 2018 for roughly $500,000.

Zach, who is the oldest of four alongside twin Jeremy Roloff, seemed destined to take over Roloff Farms from his father, Matt Roloff, when he announced his intention to sell part of their esteemed pumpkin patch. Fans were surprised when Tori announced they moved to Washington, an hour and a state away, last October. Between negotiations for the farm with Matt falling through and their generally negative attitude toward Matt, Zach's mother, Amy Roloff, and her husband, Chris Marek, Zach and Tori aren't exactly viewers' favorite cast members.

Little People, Big World Fans Think Zach & Tori Moved To Spite Matt

Although Zach and Tori are content with their new home, fans couldn't help but agree with Chris when he criticized the property during Little People, Big World season 23. There are a few reasons why fans on Reddit, such as u/HMB2313, aren't impressed with Zach and Tori's Battle Ground home either. One reason is fans think it was purchased with bad intentions. Since Matt didn't sell Roloff Farms to Zach and instead listed few acres online for $4 million, viewers think that Zach and Tori's move was an irrational decision made to prevent Matt from seeing more of his three grandchildren. "I think it’s just a home to get away from Matt and his ego," one user hypothesized, while another user commented that Zach and Tori's property value may not increase over time, considering that Zach "made a hasty decision to 'punish' his dad."

Tori and Zach bought their Battle Ground home for under $1 million, which some Little People, Big World fans consider too expensive. Several Redditors were surprised that Zach and Tori purchased their new $944,000 home despite not selling their first house in Oregon. Others found it particularly odd that the couple spent so much money while their only source of income is from being on Little People, Big World. "The bank loaned [Zach and Tori] all this money and they have NO JOB," one user ranted and theorized. "Honestly, it’s because of Matt & Amy keeping viewing audiences/TLC Executives on board."

Little People, Big World Fans Don't Like Zach & Tori's Neighborhood

While some fans praised the interior of Zach and Tori's new home, they were shocked when cameras showed the unkempt surrounding area on Little People, Big World season 23. Several fans called the area "ugly," "unkempt," and "gross," with one person even referring to their neighborhood as "a straight up dump." Another Redditor commented, "Such a weird choice they made. Not to mention those 2 acres come with a beautiful view of the neighbors mini junkyard." Many LPBW viewers don't see Zach and Tori's Battle Ground residence as their forever home, although time will tell how long the family stays in Washington and what the future holds for Roloff Farms.
