Love Is Blind season 3 fans have already sided with their favorites and declared Cole Barnett and Bartise Bowden as the villains. Love Is Blind is getting progressively intense after the release of every set of episodes. During the first four, both Cole and Bartise, who are both 27-year-old, got engaged to their respective partners, Zanab Jaffrey and Nancy Rodriguez. The couple's fairytale turned into a nightmare when Cole, who might be related to Matt Barnett, and Bartise admitted their physical attraction to their old flings during the retreat, where all the contestants got to see each other in person.

During the first few episodes, when couples were forming connections in the pods, Cole was seen pursuing Colleen Reed, but the duo broke things off. Soon after, Cole had an attraction to flight attendant Zanab. Both fell in love and got engaged. As for Bartise, he was initially confused between Raven Ross and Nancy. In the end, he felt Nancy was the one for him. All was well when the couples got to spend their honeymoon in Malibu. However, everything went downhill as soon as all the contestants got to meet each other for the first time. Cole was attracted to Colleen’s beauty, and Bartise, who ruined his relationship with Nancy, felt the same about Raven. After watching Cole and Bartise flirting with Colleen and Raven in front of their fiancés, fans couldn’t help but criticize both Cole and Bartise’s behavior. “I cannot deal with Cole & Bartise gaslighting their fiancés and beating down their self-esteem,” @royaltweets7 wrote on Twitter. Another said, “I think we can all agree that these men are the villains of season 3.

Why Cole & Bartise’s Behavior Towards Their Partners Was Inappropriate

When Cole saw Colleen for the first time during the retreat, he confessed that Colleen is the type of girl he would typically go for. He rated his fiancé Zanab a nine out of ten and rated Colleen a whole ten which, understandably, made Zanab mad. Cole even suggested that he and Zanab should swap fiancés on Love Is Blind. A similar case happened with Bartise when he saw Raven. He started flirting with Raven and called her “one hundred percent a smoke show.”

Bartise was all over Raven, and he confessed that he still has some sort of feelings and regrets cutting her off so quickly. Later, Bartise even opens up to Nancy and tells her that he doesn’t think SK and Raven would work, indicating that he might have a chance with Raven. He even called Raven “a smoke show” in front of his fiancé Nancy which clearly hurt her. According to Love Is Blind fans, Cole and Bartise’s behavior during the in-person retreat was inappropriate. As their attraction towards their ex-partners was not enough, they also openly started disregarding their fiancés by calling them less attractive.

The viewers are not pleased with Cole and Bartise, who are walking red flags in Love Is Blind. Cole and Bartise’s flirty behavior with their ex-partners has jeopardized their present relationships. Not only were Cole and Bartise’s relationships in danger, but the other Love Is Blind couples were in danger as many of them didn't say "yes" in the end.
