Chantel Jimeno, née Everett, is used to being the star of her family, but The Family Chantel lead was recently outshined by her younger sister Winter. Many fans of the chaotic 90 Day Fiancé family are looking forward to the premiere of season 3 of their spin-off show, which has already been filmed and is anticipated to be released in the fall. However, Chantel gave a glimpse into her glamorous life with some Instagram photos that earned praise for her younger sister following fan criticism for Chantel's excessive filter usage.
Though the pandemic affected many people’s travel plans in the last year, Chantel hasn’t put her jet-setting life on hold. The 30-year-old left the country with her friends during the height of the pandemic to celebrate her birthday and recently enjoyed another tropical girls’ trip. This has caused some viewers to question if she is truly working as a nurse, as well as the ethics behind her early travels during a dangerous time. While Chantel does still have loyal supporters, other TLC fans are sick of her dramatic family stirring up drama on TV. Instead, some viewers want to see the family’s spin-off show end so that more authentic couples can once again be featured in the 90 Day Fiancé franchise.
Chantel took to her Instagram to feature a series of elegant photos that saw her dressed in fancy and classic attire. "What an amazing experience I had at Destinee's Bridal tea!" Chantel captioned the photos, which also included her sister, Winter. Though beautiful Chantel often shines as the star of her family, many of her commenters instead called out Winter and praised Chantel's younger sister for her glowing appearance. "Winter is giving me life ... looking gorgeous!" one fan wrote. "Winter is so gorgeous," another fan agreed. "What a beautiful sister you have chantel," another complimentary fan wrote. Others enjoyed the themed costumes. "This is how I really picture Atlanta. Also, in my imagination everyone drinks sweet tea," another viewer observed.
Other fans complimented Chantel on her appearance. Though Chantel has had her attitude called out and been criticized for her sour personality, many franchise fans are in agreement that the Atlanta beauty is physically stunning. "So very pretty," one fan wrote. "Gorgeous ladies. As always," another fan complimented. While many TLC fans have called out the family for being critical and overdramatic, others still appear to support the Everett and Jimeno families and anticipate the premiere of season 3 of The Family Chantel. "I love your family so much!" one fan wrote to Chantel. "Chantel you are very elegant & a sweetheart!" another one of her followers wrote.
While Chantel earns criticism, she isn’t the only member of the Everett and Jimeno families to be called out. Her husband Pedro Jimeno’s sister Nicole was recently put on blast for her bad attitude and annoying behavior. Meanwhile, both family matriarchs are disliked for their rude and meddling behavior. Karen Everett and Lidia Jimeno have both received viewer criticism for the way they treat the partners of their children. Overall, Winter appears to be the most likable member of both families for many fans of The Family Chantel.
