The Family Chantel star Pedro Jimeno utilized multiple techniques to shed his extra weight and become lean. The 31-year-old reality star rose to fame after appearing in 90 Day Fiancé season 4 alongside his former partner, Chantel Everett. Pedro Jimeno’s Muay Thai Regimen

There are three main secrets to Pedro’s drastic weight loss transformation. One of the secrets is the Muay Thai training that he began when he first started losing weight. Before the training, Pedro had an athletic body, but carried more body fat around his shoulders, chest, belly, and face. Within just two months of training, he had toned his upper body, and started displaying a "beach model" look. Pedro shared his Muay Thai progress in multiple Instagram posts, and trained under Bangkok Boxing Fitness expert Khunpon S. Dechkampu. According to the 90 Day Fiancé alum, the intense exercise helped him to lose seven pounds in a month.

Pedro Jimeno Never Skips 'Leg Day'

While Muay Thai is a full-body workout, Pedro spent additional time toning his thighs, by doing workouts that built muscle mass in his legs. Since the lower body is the primary source for most major explosive exercises, the reality star kept training them to achieve a ripped look. A few of Pedro's posts show that he worked out using leg press machines, with heavy weights; this helped him to sculpt his legs. In one of the posts, the 31-year-old reality star claimed that he had very thin legs. His insecurity about those parts of his body may have driven him to put more energy into his lower body workouts.

Pedro Jimeno Opted For A Healthy Diet & Intermittent Fasting

Pedro’s fast weight loss results were also thanks to him eating smaller portions of healthy foods. When he first arrived in the United States to be with Chantel, he indulged in American fast food. However, when Pedro began losing weight in 2019, he changed his diet, choosing cleaner options. Besides focusing on nutrition, Pedro also sped up his results by starting intermittent fasting, which helps some people to lose weight quickly. He chose an "18/6" window for his fasting, which meant that he skipped food for 18 hours, and consumed his calories in the remaining six hours. The Family Chantel fans are impressed by the results the reality star has achieved in two years.
