The question of whether or not Fall Guys will come to Xbox One and Nintendo Switch has been answered... sort of. While the Fall Guys team would love to release their party-royale gameshow on other platforms, Meditonic has stated it is focusing on developing the title for PC and PlayStation 4. However, some data miners have allegedly found support for mobile platforms within Fall Guys' code.

Fall Guys released on PC and PlayStation 4 on August 4th and saw 1.5 million unique players on launch day. Over two-million copies were sold on Steam within the game's first week on the platform, and numerous PS Plus members received the game for free as a part of the free games for August. Those who do not own a PC or PS4 have had to watch streamers and content creators enjoy the 60-player battle royale. The Fall Guys Twitter has been flooded with gamers asking if and when the game will be coming to their systems.

The official Fall Guys Twitter addressed these questions with a tweet stating that Meditonic is focusing on PC and PS4 for now but that they'd love to bring Fall Guys to other platforms in the future. Which platforms Mediatonic would love to bring the game to were not specified, but some data miners have found lines of code in Fall Guys' files that suggest the game could be coming to mobile devices. FireMoneky, a well-known data miner for Fortnite and now Fall Guys, tweeted that the game's code mentions support for Android as well as iOS devices. Hypex, another esteemed data miner, tweeted a similar claim stating that Meditonic is planning to release the game on mobile devices based on "placeholders."

Fall Guys' community manager also stated that they were enjoying the Skyrim memes and that they hoped the game would release on smart fridges as well. While most likely a meme, this could mean that Fall Guys is looking to release on various platforms outside of traditional consoles. This could further corroborate that Fall Guys is planning for a mobile release in the near future, or it could be more of the community manager's quirky antics.

Regardless, it seems as if Fall Guys will be coming to a variety of platforms, it's just a matter of when. While none of the marketing for Fall Guys has advertised the game as a "PlayStation exclusive" title, it could be a timed exclusive that runs out at the end of August. This would make sense as the game is a free game for PS Plus members for August which would draw more players to that platform. Or maybe, for some odd reason, Mediatonic could only afford to develop Fall Guys for two platforms and chose PC and PS4. No one knows when or where, but Fall Guys will be coming to different platforms eventually.
