The cast and crew of The Falcon and The Winter Soldier have returned to Prague to continue filming. When Marvel Studios announced Anthony Mackie and Sebastian Stan would lead The Falcon and The Winter Soldier, it was supposed to be the Marvel Cinematic Universe's first Disney+ show. Filming began in 2019 and was scheduled to wrap in spring 2020, well ahead of the planned August 2020 release. However, all of this changed as a result of the coronavirus pandemic.

Marvel halted production on The Falcon and The Winter Soldier in the middle of March as COVID-19 became a greater concern. This decision came when there were reportedly just a few days or weeks of filming left. While the bulk of production took place in Atlanta, Georgia, the shutdown happened shortly after The Falcon and The Winter Soldier moved to Prague. After six months, production resumed recently in Atlanta, but those who closely followed the production schedule continued to wonder when they would return to Prague.

We now have confirmation that The Falcon and The Winter Soldier's production has gone back to Prague. Stuntwoman Vanessa Cater, who has confirmed she is part of the MCU Disney+ show's crew, shared multiple photos and videos on her Instagram story (via MsLizzieHill) of her and the stunt team getting on a plane and then strolling around Prague. She tagged several members of the stunt team, including John Nania and Justin Eaton, the stunt doubles for Bucky Barnes and US Agent respectively.

When The Falcon and The Winter Soldier originally went to Prague, it was believed that this would serve as the final location for filming. Plans for the show have changed a lot since then, but it is still plausible that Prague is the final destination. It isn't confirmed how long production is going to take place there, although MsLizzieHill previously reported that the Prague section of filming would start in early October and go into November.

This is another positive step for The Falcon and The Winter Soldier's production as Marvel tries to finally finish the series. Emily VanCamp recently confirmed she wrapped filming on the show, and it appears that this came in conjunction with the entire Atlanta portion of production finishing. As long as The Falcon and The Winter Soldier is able to safely continue filming in Prague, then it will get even closer to eventually being released. Disney has already confirmed that the show will now not debut on Disney+ until 2021, but there hasn't been a specific release date set.
