Lord Arthur is one of the playable Survivors in Evil Dead: The Game, who can be unlocked by completing the mission "Homecoming King," the fifth story in the single-player campaign. Naturally, this means that players will need to complete all the missions prior to "Homecoming King" before they can unlock Lord Arthur. Keep in mind that Arthur's tale is considered to be one of the most challenging experiences in Evil Dead: The Game.
"Homecoming King" begins with the protagonist, Lord Arthur, tasked with finding the Kandarian Dagger at Flight 666. However, before leaving the starting area for the objective, players are recommended to loot the Lucky Valley Lodge for healing items and a crossbow. Additionally, visit the cabin northeast of the lodge for some supplies. After looting the premises, get into the nearby vehicles and drive northward and take a left at the fork in the road near Bronson Cave. Follow the dirt trail past Cell Tower and Green Witch Village, leading eventually to the crash site of Flight 666. It is also possible to walk through the woods, but driving the truck eliminates unnecessary travel time.
After picking up the Kandarian Dagger, Lord Arthur in Evil Dead: The Game is tasked with searching for the Necronomicon at The Knowby Cabin. Therefore, get back into the vehicle and head down the road on the right. Turn right again near Misery Manor to reach the cabin with the forbidden book. When the protagonist steps outside, a wave of enemies will keep the players from leaving. Defeat the eight enemies to continue the "Homecoming King" mission in Evil Dead: The Game.
Unlocking Lord Arthur In Evil Dead The Game
The final portion of "Homecoming King" in Evil Dead: The Game has Lord Arthur attempting to access a rift in time and space. However, Evil Ash is stopping Arther from using the portal, and the only way to put down this boss for good is with the Excalibur. This fabled sword can be found at the Payne Manor, southeast of the Demonic Treehouse. Yet, before entering the manor, Evil Dead: The Game players must kill several red-glowing skeletons outside. Again, using the ranged crossbow will help fans save time while completing this task.
After retrieving the Excalibur sword, return to the rift in Fryingpan Tunnel and enter the portal. Arther will be transported to a pit where he must face a Pit Deadite, followed by Evil Ash in two final boss battles. Once these adversaries have been defeated, players will have access to Lord Arther in the character selection menu.
