Even though The Voice season 22 has just ended, fans and viewers can't stop talking about the upcoming season 23. Season 23 was announced while season 22 was still airing, and as many as three of the four current coaches will not return to the big red chairs. Thus, information about season 23 is already making some headlines.

According to NBC last month, it was confirmed that season 23 would be Blake Shelton's last season as a coach on the popular NBC series. Blake has been on The Voice since the very first season and felt it was the right time to step down. However, before he officially leaves the show, viewers will see him in action one last time, along with a returning coach and two new coaches who will get their turn to mentor hopeful artists on the show.

Returning along with Blake after taking a season off from The Voice, Kelly Clarkson will make a comeback as a coach on the show. However, The Voice will introduce two new coaches – former One Direction member Niall Horan and hip-hop artist Chance The Rapper. Now, viewers are wondering when the new season will begin airing.

It seems viewers won't have to wait much longer as The Voice season 23 will premiere on Monday, March 6, 2023, at 8/7c on NBC. Originally, it was announced that the show planned to change its schedule to air one season a year in the fall. However, it appears that decision has been reversed, considering that the upcoming season will again air in the spring.

Now that The Voice season 22 has concluded, viewers will only have to wait a few months to watch a new season come back onto their screens. Many fans were upset that Kelly didn't return for The Voice season 22, but now, they have something to look forward to in the upcoming months. Also, with two new coaches joining, the competition just got stiffer. The Voice viewers will have to tune in to see how Niall and Chance do with the pressure of coaching, but they are excited to see how they do in the competition.
