90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days will return with a new season, following five installments featuring intense romances, tears, and shocking scandals, and it's time to share facts about the season. The main difference between 90 Day Fiancé and B90 is that these storylines literally happen “before” the incidents that 90 Day Fiancé's all about. 90DF is centered on international couples who have K-1 visas. They must marry or call it quits within three months. The 90DF: B90 duos haven’t met face to face yet. After online relationships, these couples travel to each other’s countries for the first times, before getting engaged and accessing K-1 visas.

Available To Stream On Discovery Plus

90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days is a favorite among long-time franchise fans. The couples look real and raw, and there’s ample drama to satiate an average reality TV viewer’s appetite. The show has been consistent since its 2017 premiere, and has yielded some of TLC's biggest stars, such as Darcey Silva, Angela Deem, and Big Ed Brown, via its five seasons. It has just the right amount of culture shock, translation errors, first fights, unwanted exes, and fears of being scammed by catfishes. B90 delivers, especially since it’s mostly new couples. There are fewer recycled storylines.

90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days Season 6 Cast & Couples

90 Day Fiance's Gino Palazzolo and Jasmine Pineda looking serious

This time, the only returning 90 Day Fiancé couple is Jasmine Pineda and Gino Palazzolo. There were guesses about Mike Berk and Ximena Morales, and Ben Rathbun and Mahogany Roca's comeback, but those stories may be told in a different spin-off. Apart from Gino and Jasmine, fans will be introduced to Riley and Violet, David and Sheila, Christian and Cleo, Amanda and Razvan, Tyray and Carmella, Meisha and Nicola, and Slater and Dempsey. David from Nebraska and Sheila from the Philippines are creating franchise history.

David from 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days was born deaf, and Sheila is a hearing-impaired single mom. Another couple to watch out for is Christian from Minnesota and Cleo, who hails from England. The self-proclaimed life of the party, Christian found his, “the one” in Cleo, an autistic and neurodivergent trans woman.

Gabriel Pabon AKA Gabe has become one of the most talked about cast members of 90 Day Fiancé. He shared his journey as a trans man on 90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way. Cleo could turn out to be as inspiring as Gabe is. Meanwhile, Slater and Dempsey are the franchise’s second same-sex female couple, after Stephanie Matto and Erika Owens. 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days should be an exciting watch.
