Though the original Mighty Morphin Power Rangers series ran for three seasons, not all of the pertinent details about the characters were revealed within. Instead, some fans had to rely on fan club videos, toy packaging, and interviews to get all the details they wanted.

In fact, though the characters are in high school during the show's run, their actual ages are never revealed. Even their birthdays were released in a fan calendar or on action figure trading cards. For fans who just want to know as much as possible about their favorite characters, we've wrangled up all of the information we can find.

Kimberly Hart

Amy Jo Johnson As The Pink Ranger In Mighty Morphin Power Rangers

Zordon dubs Kimberly the most graceful when he makes her the first Pink Ranger. With that pink costume comes the Pterodactyl Dinozord, the only one of the original five zords that can fly.

Kimberly is the shortest of her friends, likely due to her gymnastics background. Gymnast and actress Amy Jo Johnson is five feet, two inches tall, making Kimberly the same. Kimberly's exact age is never stated in series, but she is one of the few members of the original team who doesn't drive in the early episodes. Instead, she walks through the park on a regular basis, likely making her 15 at the beginning.

Trini Kwan

Trini holds her morpher in front of her as she calls to become the Yellow Ranger

Trini spends her teen years worried about the environment and wanting to protect people from bullies, so it's no wonder than the idea of Rita sabotaging the planet doesn't appeal to her. As the Yellow Ranger, she uses the Sabertooth Tiger Dinozord. While it's not technically a dinosaur, it is a swift and powerful animal.

Unlike Kimberly, Trini is seen driving during her time on the show in the first two seasons. That makes her at least 16 years old when the bulk of the story takes place. Trini is also closer in height to her male teammates than Kimberly is. The late actress Thuy Trang was five feet, six inches tall.

Jason Lee Scott

Jason Lee Scott Power Rangers

The original Red Ranger and team leader, Jason Lee Scott had to cut an imposing figure in battle. Maybe that's why the team leader's Tyrannosaurus Dinozord towers over the rest.

Jason isn't just the team leader; he's also the first of the teens we see in a leadership role in civilian life as he teaches martial arts moves at the Angel Grove Community Center. Like Trini, we also see him driving, and Kimberly references him as her "big brother' in fan materials for the show, making him older than the Pink Ranger. He's at least 16. Jason is also the tallest of the original cast as Austin St. John is five feet, eight inches tall.

Zack Taylor

Walter Jones as Zack Taylor

Jason's right hand man, and the first Black Ranger, is Zack Taylor. Actor Walter Jones has his height listed as the same as Austin St. John on various databases, but he's actually just a smidge shorter, placing him just under five feet, eight inches tall. While Zack is light on his feet and prefers to mix dance with martial arts, his Dinozord is the seemingly less agile Mastodon. The zord, however, is steady and dependable, just like Zack.

Like Trini and Jason, Zack is likely 16, but he's also the only one to celebrate a birthday during the run of the show as he gets a surprise party. There's no fanfare about him being able to drive then, so he likely turns 17.

Billy Cranston

Billy is the odd man out when the Power Rangers first form as he's the least athletic of the group and has no martial arts experience. The Blue Ranger, however, is the brains behind their strategy and does more than just pilot the Triceratops Dinozord.

At 16 years old, Billy creates his own flying car. He's a genius when it comes to technology. Billy doesn't quite stand literal head and shoulders above the rest though. Actors David Yost and Walter Jones are the same height, making Billy just under Jason's five feet, eight inches.

Rocky DeSantos

Rocky gets ready to morph in Mighty Morphin Power Rangers: The Movie

When the original Red, Yellow, and Black Rangers leave, a new trio joins the team. Rocky becomes the Red Ranger, commanding the Tyrannosaurus Dinozord just as Jason does before him.

Interestingly, the new trio of Power Rangers don't typically drive, and we don't see them celebrate birthdays in the series, but they do still attend Angel Grove High School, so it's difficult to pin down their ages. It's likely that the new group are all 15, closer in age to Kimberly than the Rangers that come before them. Rocky also happens to be a little shorter than the Red Ranger before him, standing at five feet, seven inches.

Aisha Campbell

A split image depicts Aisha in the command center and in her ninja garb in Power Rangers

Like Rocky, Aisha replaces an original team member. She becomes the Yellow Ranger and takes ownership of the Sabertooth Tiger Dinozord, though Aisha prefers hand-to-hand combat instead of fighting with zords.

Also like Rocky, Aisha appears to prefer traveling by roller blades, and doesn't drive, so it's safe to assume she enters the show at 15 years old as well. Aisha happens to be the smallest of the Power Rangers. She's just a tad shorter than Kimberly, making her five feet, one inch tall.

Adam Park

Adam morphs in the Mighty Morphin Power Rangers Movie

When Rocky and Aisha become Rangers, Adam also sees a power transfer thanks to Zordon. He becomes the Black Ranger and takes over the Mastodon Dinozord.

Also like his friends from Stone Canyon, Adam doesn't drive when he initially joins the series. Instead, he's on rollerblades a lot. It's not until the Power Rangers: Turbo season that the three start driving, adding to the likelihood that they're all initially 15. Adam, however, is a bit shorter than his teammate Rocky at just under five feet, seven inches.

Katherine Hillard

A split image features Kat in Mighty Morphin Power Rangers, Power Rangers Turbo, and in Power Rangers Zeo

Katherine becomes a Power Ranger when Kimberly hand picks Kat to succeed her as the Pink Ranger. When Kimberly hands over her power coin, Kat also gets the Pterodactyl Dinozord.

Also like Kimberly, Kat is likely 15 during her introduction to the Power Rangers as she doesn't get behind the wheel until Turbo. Unlike her predecessor, however, Kat isn't a gymnast, but a dancer and diver. She's also a bit taller at five feet, six inches.

Tommy Oliver

Tommy Oliver Mighty Morphin Power Rangers Green Ranger

The longest running Power Ranger started his stint as the new kid at Angel Grove. As the Green Ranger, Tommy is in charge of the Dragonzord, but as the White Ranger, he gets the White Tigerzord. Neither are part of the original Dinozord lineup.

When he joins the series, Tommy's usual method of transportation is actually teleporting. because either Rita or Zordon tend to grab him from wherever he is. He also, however, isn't in a lot of the same classes as his Power Ranger friends, making it likely he's a year behind them in school, so he's likely 15. Despite being the youngest of the first team, he's also the tallest. He's actually five feet, 10 inches tall.
