With another season not likely to be released until 2024, many fans have been left wondering where they can see their new favorite actors and actresses next - because two years is just too long to wait. Luckily, many of the cast members have amazing projects on the horizon that lovers of Euphoria can look forward to.

Zendaya (Rue)

Zendaya will have a bigger role in Dune: Part 2.

A few days after the season finale of Euphoria aired, an interview and photoshoot with the Emmy-winning actress were published in W Magazine. Here she confirmed that she would soon be filming the sequel to Dune.

Dune (2021), directed by Denis Villeneuve, is a remake of the 1984 David Lynch film of the same name. This venture into sci-fi expanded Zendaya's already extensive film and TV resume, which includes super-hero films (Spider-Man), musicals (The Greatest Showman), and dramas (Malcolm & Marie).

Angus Cloud (Fezco)

Angus Cloud has been making lots of appearances in the press following the end of Euphoria's second season. Having played the highly quotable Fezco, Cloud is heavily sought after for interviews, and he's delivered.

It was announced via Deadline in December that Cloud would star in director Daniel Brown's new horror-thriller Your Lucky Day alongside Purge star Jessica Garza. He also recently made a cameo in the video for Juice WRLD's posthumously released single, "Cigarettes."

Sydney Sweeney (Cassie)

Since the conclusion of Euphoria, Sweeney, who played Cassie on the show, has confirmed her engagement to her boyfriend Jonathan Davino. She has also announced that she would star as Penny Jo in the upcoming film National Anthem.

Sweeney is actually not the only cast member who has announced her involvement in the new Bron Studios project. The filmmakers have also cast Eric Dane, who plays Cal Jacobs on Euphoria, as well as a myriad of other stars including Halsey and Simon Rex. The film will mark Tony Tost's (Damnation) feature directorial debut.

Hunter Schafer (Jules)

Along with filming Euphoria, Hunter Schafer has become a fashion icon both on and off the show and has walked the runway for several major designers. Most recently, she appeared in Prada's show at Milano fashion week.

In addition to partnering with Prada and posing for editorial shoots in magazines like i-D and The Cut, according to Deadline, Schafer is slated to appear in NEON's upcoming horror film Cuckoo alongside John Malkovich and Gemma Chan of Crazy Rich Asians. The film is to be directed by German filmmaker Tilman Singer.

Jacob Elordi (Nate)

Nate Jacobs in Euphoria

Since concluding his work in season 2 of Euphoria, Elordi has been busy with a number of upcoming films, one of which is set for theatrical release later this month.

Deep Water, which also stars Ana de Armas and Ben Affleck, is a psychological thriller based on a 1957 novel of the same name. Elordi has also signed on to join the cast of Parallel, an action movie directed by Tom Green (Misfits). According to Deadline, Elordi is expected to play the lead.

Alexa Demie (Maddy)

Alexa Demie is notable for keeping a relatively low public profile. This makes it somewhat difficult to know what her next project will be, however, there have been a few rumors.

Vogue recently reported that Demie is one of several stars, including Florence Pugh (Midsommar) and Julia Garner (Inventing Anna) in the running for a biographical feature about pop legend Madonna. Demie has also been getting press lately for speculation surrounding her age, something she has long kept private.

Barbie Ferreira (Kat)

Kat Hernandez in Euphoria

Like Schafer, Ferreira has also been getting lots of work in the fashion industry. Notably, she is also set to appear in Jordan Peele's new horror film, Nope, which is slated for release this July.

Since race often plays a major role in Peele's films, it is very likely that Ferreira will be flexing her acting chops in an antagonistic role. This will be heavily anticipated by fans of Ferreira, who were sorry to see her screentime in Euphoria's second season drastically reduced from season 1.

Maude Apatow (Lexi)

Apatow has been living up to the family name and stepping graciously into the new prominence of her role as Lexi Howard on Euphoria. While she doesn't currently have any other projects on the horizon (at least publicly), she has still kept busy since the season wrapped.

Most recently, Apatow appeared on the cover of Cultured and Flaunt magazines. She made an appearance on Late Night With Seth Meyers which corresponded with Euphoria's season 2 finale where Apatow revealed lots of hidden facts about herself and was even personally invited to Yves Saint Laurent's show in Milano with an accompanying photo spread in Vogue.

Austin Abrams (Ethan)

Not only did season 2 of Euphoria see a significant increase in the role of Abrams' character of Ethan, but Abrams also scored a number of acting jobs between the release of the first and second season that make him a rising star to watch.

Following his starring role in the holiday romance Dash & Lily, it has since been announced by Deadline that Abrams will team up with Netflix again for the new dark comedy Strangers alongside other Netflix stars Alisha Boe (13 Reasons Whyand Maya Hawke (Stranger Things). Coordinating around all these busy schedules has proved difficult, which may explain why the film does not yet have a release date.

Javon Walton (Ashtray)

It is expected that Walton will likely not be returning for Euphoria's third season, which left many fans wondering where they can see him next. Euphoria is one of Walton's first major roles, but it certainly won't be the last.

Walton has since announced that he will appear in the upcoming season of Netflix's sci-fi dramedy, The Umbrella Academy, starring Elliot Page. The streaming giant confirmed this rumor on Twitter shortly after Euphoria's season finale aired. Although the details of the role remain a secret for now, Walton has hinted that it will not be what viewers expect.
