Considering Euphoria is one of the most popular modern television shows of all time, it's only fitting that the soundtrack is just as iconic. Luckily for Sam Levinson and the show's producers, singer-songwriter Labrinth was brought on board, and the rest was history.

The artistic producer surpassed all expectations with the season 1 soundtrack, which amassed hundreds of millions of streams after the show's premiere. With the recent conclusion of season 2, Labrinth has created quite a collection of masterpieces, and fans can have a tough time finding the best.

Forever

Rue and Jules head to head and embracing in Euphoria

Though the song has no lyrics besides a few occasional sounds made by Labrinth, fans still associate this song with the series, as the instrumental is catchy with a funky hint to it. With "Forever" being used over 1.9 million times on TikTok, it's safe to say the trending sound is one of the most popular of season 1.

The song has peculiar notes of both sadness, optimism, and curiosity, which serve as the perfect symbol for the show itself. With Euphoria's plot moments being the perfect balance of sad, feisty, happy, funny, and more, some fans believe that Forever perfectly encapsulates the vibe of the show.

Euphoria Funfair

The famous fair episode, "Shook Ones Pt. II," sets the tone for all characters, as serious stuff goes down that night for everyone. The 10-minute-long "Euphoria Funfair" instrumental instantly made fans feel eager for what was about to happen, yet uneasy and anxious for the characters.

Interestingly enough, the song is still often streamed by viewers, even with no lyrics, due to the iconic nature of the episode. Fans have since made funny TikToks regarding the fair drama, however, the instrumental is an undoubted catchy favorite for the Euphoria-obsessed.

When I R.I.P.

The quirky tune quickly became a fan-favorite among Euphoria viewers, largely due to its eclectic and unique sound. "When I R.I.P." begins with reminiscently joyful and upbeat tones, yet the chorus begins with a change of pace when a funky beat is heard.

The song can be heard in season 1 as Rue is under the influence, which makes for an even more fitting song title for the scenario. Though the song title seems rather bleak, the sound doesn't indicate a dark nature, and the oxymoronic nature of the tune makes it all the more special.

Still Don't Know My Name

With the song still gaining more views by the day on YouTube, this track specifically spoke to fans on another level. "Still Don't Know My Name" has a relatable quality to it that fans could immediately resonate with, with lyrics like "every time I think the planets aligning, you're still so close, but yet so far."

The beautiful sound produces that signature dreamy feeling that the colors and aesthetic of the first season similarly emulates. Between the song's extreme relatability and euphoric feeling, the song is a fan-favorite among super fans and is kind of a theme for the series.

Formula

Though the song has a strange nature to it with its nonsense lyrics, fans love the over-the-moon feeling the sound gives them. With lyrics like, "I got a blimp inside my head, flew over the cuckoo's nest... Puffing with a dragon, I'm living for the thrill," it's only natural for viewers to assume the lyrics allude to the high people feel when under the influence.

As one of the most underrated songs of the series, it was easy for this song to be overshadowed by other hit soundtrack songs, including "All For Us." However, thanks to TikTok, the song's popularity quickly grew once again, due to its highly likable attributes.

All For Us

There are many times fans felt sorry for Rue throughout the series, with the season 1 finale being no exception. With the end of the episode signaling a possible repeated overdose for Rue, the "All For Us" music number was a symbolic rollercoaster.

Between the marching band playing in the street and Rue falling abruptly from a mountain of people, fans were scared for her and unsure of her character trajectory from that moment on. The song soon became another theme for the series, due to the catchy beat, relatable lyrics, and Zendaya's part in the musical number. It also was the most played song throughout the series, as the instrumental would play whenever Rue was tempted or a turning point was about to happen.

Mount Everest

The slow beat of "Mount Everest" was quick to catch fans' attention, as the tune holds a spicy vibe to it. With the lyrics exclaiming thoughts such as, "I'm on top of the world," the song serves as a confident anthem that is up to interpretation.

The song often played throughout the series to indicate that some serious stuff was about to go down, however, the use of the song among fans has been multi-faceted. Whether the track was meant in a cocky manner or serves as a metaphor for being high and feeling invincible, fans love to blast this song to channel their inner confidence.

Nate Growing Up

Though viewers are unsure if Nate is the biggest villain in the show, it's clear he's made to be a pretty significant antagonist. What makes Nate even more terrifying is the fact that he has his own song, "Nate Growing Up," to signify when he's up to no good.

Viewers first heard this heart-pumping song during his character introduction and life montage in season 1, and fans still feel a certain way whenever they hear it. Especially in the season 2 premiere, where fans heard his song for the first time in a few years since the first season, they got chills once again.

Yeh I F**kin' Did It

Aside from the song having a hype-filled, powerful vibe to it, fans first heard the song during a powerful and anxiety-ridden scene with Rue in season 2. Right when fans thought Rue was finally agreeing to let her mom take her to get help, she abruptly got out of the car and started running down the highway, dodging cars and making an escape.

Fans saw fan Rue away from multiple situations in that episode, and the song definitely served as a precedent for the fast-paced times viewers were about to experience. Though it's a song with few words, the impact makes up for much more, plus the hyped-up beat makes it a great time to listen to.

I'm Tired

Rue and her dad embracing in Euphoria

Possibly the most moving song of the whole franchise, "I'm Tired" is sung at a time of pure desperation and vulnerability on Rue's part. After Rue had taken too many drugs a second time, she visions herself in a church hugging her late father while Labrinth himself sings to her.

Rue's father's death plays a huge part in the series with the many funeral and bonding flashbacks, and seeing Rue slow dancing by herself in her bedroom was haunting. Best of all, in the season 2 finale, Zendaya was heard singing her addition to the song, and Labrinth luckily released the duet on Spotify the day after.
