Despite helping save the Marvel Universe, the Eternals become the most hated species due to revealing the dark cost of their resurrection protocols. Starfox, who is trying to bring peace and love to the world, is met with a group of protestors who call out the Eternals for being "parasites." The X-Men's Nightcrawler tells Starfox that he will get used to being feared and hated - as the Eternals have overtaken Marvel's Mutants as enemy number one in the universe.
The Eternals have unfortunately put a target on their own backs, as keeping the secret about the true cost of their resurrection protocols has turned the public against them for a good reason. So, for now, the Eternals are the most hated species in the Marvel Universe, even more than the X-Men, which is saying something, given how much hate has been directed at the Mutants over the years.
