The Eric Andre Show on Adult Swim is far from an ordinary talk show. Its host, Eric Andre, along with his sidekick Hannibal Buress, doesn't exactly conduct legitimate interviews with his celebrity guests, but rather goes out of his way to make them as uncomfortable as possible.

Whether through Andre's outlandish behavior or whatever non-sequitur bits that interrupt the flow of his interviews, he's put his guests through some extremely awkward positions. The questions that are asked of them, however, are just as hilariously cringe-worthy and even some their answers have only managed to make them even funnier.

"Why Did You Retweet That?"

Audrey Peeples (Season 3)

Eric Andre awkwardly interviewing actress Audrey Peeples.

From the very first question, actress Audrey Peeples experienced quite possibly one of the most uncomfortable interviews in the entire series (which really isn't saying much). Andre first started the interview by accusing her of retweeting an old, racist quote from actor John Wayne.

Peeples appeared shocked and offended by the question, quickly retorting "I did not retweet that". Even though Andre claimed that it said so in his notes, she continued to deny it, claiming, "Well, that's wrong." What makes the moment even funnier is that they don't say so at all; Andre's so-called "notes" are nothing but a bunch of stray hairs sloppily glued onto a note card.

"You Dated A Basketball Player? Magic Johnson?"

Jennette McCurdy (Season 4)

Eric Andre awkwardly interviews Jenette McCurdy.

Before former child actress of iCarly fame, Jennette McCurdy, decided to fully quit acting in favor of writing, she surprisingly managed to hold herself together when faced with the manic chaos of Eric Andre. One of the first questions Andre asked her regarded her past fling with NBA player Andre Dremmond (via TMZ), but instead asked if it was with Magic Johnson instead.

McCurdy quickly replied with a simple "no". It would only get worse from there, with him addressing her leaked "nudes" and begging for her help in a gentle whisper, but she caught on pretty quickly as to what kind of show she was doing, as the look on her face later made it clear she was struggling to contain her laughter.

"You Were In A Movie Called True Lies. Is That A Movie About Your Life F---ing Story?"

Tia Carrere (Season 5)

Eric Andre asking Tia Carrere an awkward question.

Tia Carrere is best known for roles in movies like Wayne's World and James Cameron's True Lies, but Andre had specific question in mind about the latter film. He asked her if the movie was about her own life before laughing hysterically and offering up a high five.

With a confused smile, Carrere turned her head away while refusing to accept the high five, simply responding with "I don't know, I'm sorry." Despite Hannibal Buress' departure in season 5, it's momentss like this that prove the show's comedy hasn't lost any of its momentum without him.

"When You Take A Wiz, Do You Get A Sense Of Khalifa?"

Wiz Kahlifa (season 3)

Eric Andre asks Wiz Khalifa a funny question.

While he seemed mellow enough while walking onto the set with a lit joint in his hand, it was only a matter of time before Wiz Khalifa felt a genuine sense of discomfort with Andre and Buress. The show's toilet humor has gone to some extreme levels, but with a clever play on words, this was one joke/question that was much tamer compared to others.

Whether Kahlifa had an answer or not is unknown, as Andre broke out in uncontrollable laughter from his own question before violently destroying his desk before a real response could be made. While this one question wasn't quite the most awkward part of the interview, the humor of its wordplay was undeniable.

"Does America Got Talent, Or Does America Got Entitlement?"

Howie Mandel (Season 4)

Eric Andre awkwardly interviews Howie Mandel.

Comedian and America's Got Talent judge Howie Mandel regrets making the movie Little Monsters, but his experience on The Eric Andre Show might be something he regrets even more as the show took full advantage of his germophobia and OCD to maximize the hilarity of his reactions. Andre questioned Mandel on why poorer countries, like Rwanda, don't do their own versions of America's Got Talent.

Mandel tried to answer the question seriously, saying "I would imagine they do", claiming it's the most syndicated show in the world. Before he could say anything more, Andre switched the topic over to the film Hotel Rwanda, leaving his guest with a look of utter confusion.

"What's Your Home Address?"-

Jack Black (Season 4)

Eric Andre gives Jack Black electric shocks with a lie detector.

One of many facts that Jack Black fans may not know is that the actor was already a fan of Andre before appearing on his show. He tried to play along with Andre's antics and match his energy level, but even he couldn't withstand the impending madness of exploding coffee cups, birds flying around in the rafters, and even receiving electric shocks from a lie detector while being probed for his personal information.

While tried to answer other questions truthfully (only to get shocked anyway), he outright refused to answer what his own home address was, saying "Um, that's not a fair question", before receiving another shock. It just goes to show that any celebrity who chooses to partake in the show should do so at their own risk.

"You Committed Felony Bank Fraud In 1994. If You Could Go Back In Time, How Would You Commit Bank Fraud Differently?"

Mercedes Javid (Season 5)

Eric Andre akwardly interviews Mercedes Javid.

When Andre questioned Mercedes Javid, co-star of the Bravo reality series Shahs of Sunset, about her past criminal activity, she seemed open to discussing it. Of course, in typical Eric Andre fashion, he approached the subject by making a joke out of it and asking her how she would've done it differently.

Javid didn't give an answer to the question, responding only with a chuckle. While she later mentioned the FBI's involvement and her jail time, wasn't able to respond any further, as she was interrupted by Andre's desk starting to malfunction and like a broken washing machine.

"Do You Think She Effectively Utilized Girl Power By Funneling Money To Illegal Paramilitary Death Squads In Northern Ireland?"

Mel B (Season 2)

Eric Andre awardly interviews Mel B.

While there were surprisingly no loud interruptions to Andre's interview with Mel B from the Spice Girls, their conversation still managed to veer in a direction that she became increasingly uncomfortable with. Andre started off innocently enough by asking if she thinks Margaret Thatcher had girl power, before asking another question regarding the former U.K. Prime Minister.

It was obvious that she had no idea how react, only answering with "I don't know about that" before resorting to asking Hannibal for assistance, saying, "Don't just stand there. Help me out". The absurdity of Andre's other questions and casual delivery of some choice phrases definitely made this one of The Eric Andre Show's most awkward interviews.

"It Says In My Notes That Ozzy, Your Father, Is Famous For Eating Feces On Stage?"

Kelly Osbourne (Season 4)

Eric Andre annoys Sharon Osbourne with an embarrassing question.

While it at first seemed like Kelly Osbourne would've carried a sense of humor about the insanity the show had in store for her, all it took was just one question to really get under her skin. Osbourne's rock star father, Ozzy Osbourne, had infamously bitten off the head of a bat at one of his concerts, but Andre instead asks about feces rather than a bat.

Osbourne reacted defensively to the question, saying "Not s---, you douchebag. It was animal heads, specifically a bat, no s---," before capping off her response with a question of her own: "What the f--- is wrong with you?" As sweet as it is it was of her to defend her father from such humorous slander, it also made for one of the funniest (albeit aggressive) answers the history of the show.
