Enola learns to waltz in the first full Enola Holmes 2 clip. Based on Nancy Springer's novels, the Enola Holmes film series shifts the focus from the already-famous Sherlock Holmes to his younger and rebellious teenage sister. After the first Enola Holmes film was a massive hit for Netflix, a sequel was fast-tracked for the streaming service, with writer Jack Thorne and director Harry Bradbeer returning along with much of the original cast.
Stranger Things star Millie Bobby Brown and The Witcher's Henry Cavill return to lead the Enola Holmes 2 cast as the sibling detective duo will be teaming up to solve a new mystery when they discover their cases connect. The returning cast includes Louis Partridge as Viscount Tewkesbury, Adeel Akhtar as Inspector Lestrade, Susie Wokoma as the jiu-jitsu master Edith, and Helena Bonham Carter as Eudoria Holmes. Netflix already released the official Enola Holmes 2 trailer in two parts, and now they are continuing to build anticipation for the sleuthing sequel ahead of its release date next month.
A few weeks before its debut, Netflix released the first full Enola Holmes 2 clip. The video begins with Enola breaking the fourth wall to admit that "dancing is not one of [her] core strengths" before seeking the help of Tewkesbury to teach her how to perform a proper Waltz. What To Expect From Tewkesbury In Enola Holmes 2
Enola teamed up with the runaway lord, Tewkesbury, to solve the mystery of her missing mother in the first Enola Holmes film. Now, it appears Partridge's character has returned for quite a prominent role. The young lord will not only teach Enola how to dance, but he will once again aid in Enola's investigation. In the sequel, Enola and Sherlock team up to solve the mystery of a missing matchstick girl and uncover evidence of a more sinister conspiracy afoot.
Based on the romantic tension in this clip, Tewkesbury also appears to be playing the role of Enola's love interest once again. For those following the sequel since production wrapped, this clip should ring a bell back to an Enola Holmes 2 BTS video that showed Brown and Partridge dancing together. However, the two were wearing different costumes in that video, indicating this clip likely won't be the couple's last dance together in Enola Holmes 2.
