The White Mask and the Raptor Black Feathers chest piece have neither good stats nor physically strong appearances.
What makes them such a fearful combo in Elden Ring are their effects. Usually, helmets are the only pieces of armor with status effects, and the White Mask has the best in Elden Ring - it increases power when players build up the bleed effect on their opponents. However, Raptor's Black Feathers is one of the rare chest pieces to offer an effect, which is that it enhances jump attacks. What makes this so fearsome as a combo is that the best bleed weapon build is to dual wield Godskin Peelers, which hit four times with one jump attack.
