With its February 25 release date approaching, promotion for Elden Ring has ramped up. Those looking forward to the game were finally treated to an extended preview of Elden Ring gameplay, which coincided with information regarding various editions of the game. All told, there's five different versions of Elden Ring available for purchase.

The most basic version available to consumers is simply the Elden Ring Standard Edition, which comes with nothing but the game, costing $60 before tax. Pre-ordering the Standard Edition, though, will give purchasers a Digital Adventure Guide, which will provide some insight into the Lands Between as a way to ease players into their journey, and a bonus gesture called "The Ring." The gesture is available to all players at a later point in the game, but pre-ordering makes it available from the start. These two bonuses apply to a pre-order of any edition of Elden Ring, not just the Standard.

There is also a Digital Deluxe Edition of Elden Ring which does not offer any physical goodies. In addition to the game, $80 for Elden Ring's Digital Deluxe Edition will also grant a digital art book and original soundtrack. Three other versions of Elden Ring will be available: the Launch Edition, Collector's Edition, and Premium Collector's Edition. The Bandai Namco website has information on all three, but clicking on the store links doesn't lead anywhere, since it appears they will not be available until the digital storefront is restructured. Unfortunately this means official pricing is not available, but GameStop has the Collector's Edition listed as $190.

Elden Ring Launch Edition Bonuses

It would appear that the Launch Edition of Elden Ring is only available in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. The game itself will come in an alternative Steelbook, which appears to be different than the one in the two Elden Ring Collector's Editions. If the Launch Edition is purchased for PC, a download code will be in the box rather than a disc. The Launch Edition also comes with three art cards depicting landscapes in the Lands Between, a woven patch of the Elden Ring logo, three stickers, and a poster.

The Collector's Edition of Elden Ring includes all the bonuses in the Launch Edition, but has a different Steelbook. Purchasing for PC similarly comes with a digital download code. The Collector's Edition also comes with a digital soundtrack, a 40 page, hardcover art book, and a 23 centimeter tall statue of Malenia, Elden Ring's red-haired boss. The Collector's Edition will be available at participating retailers.

Elden Ring's most exclusive version, the Premium Collector's Edition, will only be available through the official Bandai Namco Entertainment Europe store, meaning those in North America will have to find another means of purchasing it. Everything offered in the Collector's Edition is included, but the Elden Ring Premium Collector's Edition includes a helmet as well. It is 1:1 scale and numbered, modeled after Malenia's in-game helmet, and comes with a stand to display it on.
