The Blasphemous Claw is one of the many items players will find during their time in Elden Ring. As players are exploring the world to uncover the power of the Elden Ring, they'll need to travel across the lands, defeating bosses, collecting Runes, and harvesting materials. For Runes, they are incredibly important in building up a character's stats. If the player dies while carrying them, they will drop them all at the location where they perished. Although, Runes are the only drops that will occur if the player fails.
All other items will remain in the player's inventory in Elden Ring, regardless of what happens to their body. This is incredibly important since certain items the player will find in the world can help defeat challenging bosses. In the case of the Blasphemous Claw, it's vital for defeating Maliketh, The Black Blade. It's an equitable item that can be used to parry his spells, making him much easier to defeat. Although, the timing will still need to be flawless. Finding the Blasphemous Claw has its own set of trails to conquer.
To find the Blasphemous Claw in Elden Ring, the player will need to reach a point in the story where they have battled Elden Ring's Fire Giant. Once this battle is over, the player will be teleported to the Crumbling Farum Azula. From this entry location, head to the site of grace located beside the great bridge. This is where the Blasphemous Claw can be found from one of the game's invader enemies. The player will need to locate and defeat them in order to claim the item.
Getting The Blasphemous Claw in Elden Ring
After arriving at the 'Beside the Great Bridge' site of grace, head towards the building facing away from the boss arena. The player will know they've gone the right way if two enemies who are playing dead begin to get up and attack. Defeat them and climb down the ladder towards a bridge but don't complete the trip to the end. Eventually, the Recusant Bernahl invader will appear, and the player will need to defeat them. Make sure to feel out his attacks before jumping into battle.
If the player dies, just return to this location and try again. Since this is an invader battle, there's no way to leave until someone is declared the winner. Make sure to spend any Elden Ring Runes before entering this arena, or else it will be difficult to get them out if the player is having a hard time winning. After landing enough hits and dealing the final blow, Recusant Bernahl will drop the Blasphemous Claw as a reward. Use this item to defeat Meliketh, the Black Blade.
