Those who paid attention to, or even got to play, Elden Ring's network test may have wondered how to get the Raging Wolf Armor after the game was officially released. During the network test, this armor was part of the Bloody Wolf class's starting gear and was one of the best-looking sets in the game. Other starting classes could also obtain it, at the time, by defeating certain bosses in Elden Ring. However, with the official release of the game, all of this has been changed, and acquiring this great-looking armor set will require players to reach the Volcano Manor in order to progress through their questline.

The easiest way to reach the Volcano Manor in Elden Ring will have players travel to southern Liurnia, where they must find the Birdseye Telescope and speak to Rya. Next, she will request that players find Blackguard at the Boilsparawn Shack to the northwest and retrieve her necklace from him either by buying it or defeating him. After that, she will reward players with the Manor Invitation and move to the Altus Plateau.

After that, players must head to Grand Lift of Dectus, which they will find by following the main road going northwest out of Limgrave, Elden Ring's starting location. Activating the Lift to get to Altus Plateau will require two medallions that can be found at Fort Haight and Fort Faroth. After players ascend, they will find Rya right after leaving the Grand Lift. Speak to her, and she will offer to escort the player to the Volcano Manor and teleport them directly inside.

How to Complete the Volcano Mannor Questline in Elden Ring

Elden Ring Birdseye Telescope Location Map

After getting to the Volcano Mannor, players must speak to Lady Tanith, a masked woman wearing all white that is sitting in a chair next to a very tall knight wielding a two-handed sword. Accept her offer to join the Volcano Mannor to be given a key to the Drawing room, where players must go pick up a letter on the dining table to receive their first target. The Volcano Mannor faction tasks players with killing other tarnished in Elden Ring, and players must complete two of these contracts to get the armor set. The location of the targets will be marked on the map and will require players to invade their worlds.

After completing two contracts, talk to Knight Bernahl, the NPC closest to the letters. He will task players with killing Vargram the Raging Wolf and Errant Sorcerer Wilhelm by invading their world in Lyndell, the Royal Capital. Knight Bernahl will automatically join the players in this fight when they arrive at the invaded world. It is recommended that players take on Wilhelm first, as his magic attacks can be quite devastating, while Knight Bernahl distracts Vargram. After Wilhelm is down, Vargram should be easy to defeat, especially if Knight Bernahl is still alive to help, after which players will return to their world and receive the full Raging Wolf Set, one of the most visually impressive armor sets in Elden Ring.
