Elden Ring is a massive open-world fantasy RPG that invites players to enter a mystical realm created by Dark Souls' publisher, FromSoftware, in collaboration with George. R. R. Martin, author of A Song of Ice and Fire. The game has the largest map of any FromSoftware game to date, and players will discover something to do in almost every nook and cranny of the vast Lands Between. With so much to see and seemingly endless options for character builds and customization, no two playthroughs of Elden Ring will ever be the same.

Between George R. R. Martin's intricate mythology and FromSoftware's exceptional level design, the world of Elden Ring comes alive with its dynamic setting and characters. Players take on the role of a lowly Tarnished, one banished from the Lands Between after losing the grace of the golden Erdtree. However, after the Elden Ring shattered and the ensuing war brought the land to ruin, the Tarnished return to end the hostile stalemate and become the next Elden Lord.

FromSoftware games are known for big, bad, and bloodthirsty bosses, and Elden Ring is no exception. The game is packed with tough boss fights, and while many of them are optional, Tarnished players will still have to prove their might in combat against the Lands Between's most fearsome foes to beat the game. Fortunately, every boss has a weakness, and players can ensure victory with the right strategy and the best Ashes of War in Elden Ring.
